When moving here I was actually afraid of seeing a new Dr. But my parents come here as well and they like her. I have to say everyone seems friendly and nice to deal with. When you go in they check your temp before you walk to the back. Then check your weight and bring you in a room and does your BP. You never have to wait long before the Dr comes in. I have to say Everytime I have been here between her and the nurse practitioner that I have seen they are very thorough and professional. They don't make it a dreaded place to go. The Dr. Always rules out other things before just assuming and treating you. I felt like a guinea pig now in Vegas Everytime I went they "assumed" or thought you had something without going the extra mile. I actually never thought I'd like a Dr as much as I did the ones I had but here I am happy and glad I came here so far. I also like when you need to be seen you can make a appointment or walk in to see the Dr. or Pa On call and your records stay in the same place. If your looking for a new Dr. Come here!

They also didn't help his pregnant lady and she mentioned to us that she's been here for hours on end, the doctor then came out to the waiting room to get me and apologize for the long way and I said no it's fine there's people more important than me then he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and I was like a man in the wheel traveling heart attack that took forever to get back. The nurse came in here and threw her gloves off in the trashcan and it was complaining about how he shit on the ground and some girl said well if you would've took him back there it wouldn't have happened in quite frankly I agree with her 1000%. they left this lady in the bathroom by herself with her daddy in the floor naked shit all over himself having no sense of urgency the patients waiting had to help.Care? Only one person answering the phones and taking care of people walking in as well as patients coming out to schedule further appointments. I did not come here for myself but with someone. I have to say each time going there you sit in the waiting room awhile. When your called to go in the room the nurse comes in takes your bp. The problem with this place is scheduling appts, if you are early you sit and wait, if your on time you sit and wait. Don't be late to a drs. Office they won't allow you to stay you have to reschedule. Well this day the appt was for 1. Showed up approx 12:45 thinking if your early you would be the first to he seen after they get done with Lunch. Well we check in, and waited and waited. Sat approx 45;min was finally called back and brought to one room. What was nasty is they left the garbage full and on top was gauze soaked in iodine we think we originally thought it was blood. How gross!!!!! Why put patients in the procedure room if you are gonna make them wait then wait for a empty room. Waited awhile and the nurse shows up and asked if she can move us to another room because that was the procedure room. Go to another room at which time we had been there over a hour! She said the Dr would come in min. No Dr. In a min!!! I guess our time means nothing when you have scheduled other appointments for the same day and we even told the nurse. You think she would have said the Dr was delayed!!! A 1:00 appt means 1:00 not over a hour later! We had to leave after waiting now almost a hour and 1/2!!! They didn't seem to care and no apologies or even a phone call to say they were sorry! That's the last straw will not go back here and nor would they recommend this Dr office to anyone. So use your Judgement going here , it maybe worth driving somewhere else to see a different dr because this office apparently don't need the business.

I…read morethink it's great being cautious with this covid and every Dr. Office I've been as long as as people have on their masks when entering they can walk in out of the cold and wind and so their information in private and then sit down. This office has a table and women standing in the door asking every question imaginable, (exp do you have a runny nose ,blah blah and do you have diarrhea?) out loud for everyone to hear the responses and they spray your hands take your temperature before going in. Even if you know the drill she keeps going on and you just keep saying no like she has been programmed and can't stop from her routine. Then as you walk in another one had a clip board out loud where it is not private says: Do you still live at...... Do you still have the same insurance..... What's your Birthday..... Everyone in the waiting area can hear your responses and write down your address I am serious!!! This is the 2nd time dealing with this and I can see other people's expressions as well like really!??? What happen to privacy? These working the door certainly don't practice that! This is the only part I can not stand about going here. Otherwise the Dr. Is great. When leaving you don't stop to make any appointments you just leave and they will call when the next appointment is due for you to come in.

The nurse, Danya, was very friendly and personable. She took my vitals while chit chatting about this and that and acted as we were long lost friends. She left he room and within a couple minutes, the PA Tami Ford came in to go over bloodwork results. all the times I've been here before the doctor never came in until 10 or 15 minutes passed. She treated me with professionalism and respect, listened to my concerns and even talked about my prescriptions and how they counter act with each other. As long as the office keeps it up this way, I wont dread coming to see my doctor.
