Ruti is an amazing store. The clothing is beautifully made. The fabrics are soft and exceptionally good quality. This was my first time shopping there. I've never heard of Ruti before and now it's my "go to" the store. Angelica helped me and she was kind, friendly and professional- the perfect sales person. You knew she was there if you needed any help at all, but she was never pushy. I bought two dresses and a skirt. Along with being well-made, the pieces are timeless. I know I will use them and love them, for a very long time. Two days after I purchased my clothing, one of the dresses went on sale. I called the store and talked to Natalia. Again, another great sales person. She was so efficient. On the phone, she returned the dress, charged me for the same dress at the sale price and gave me an instant credit for the difference. I like your clothes but i don't like the attitude of some staffs and tone of the voice to cut conversation and ignorance. She's no service-minded or even tried to help the customers. They are nice when you buy the stuffs from them but fail for the after sale service or maintain the customers. It's quite upset how she treats the customer. read more

I love the clothing here and I've been a good customer for years since they opened. I am very understanding of how challenging it is to do retail having worked in retail myself. I've excused the appallingly rude customer service again and again but I have finally had enough. They should rebrand and change their name to 'Rudi'. Please spend your money elsewhere. Oh, and what they don't tell you is that they only exchange for store credit but never ever refund. Be careful with your purchases. read more

The prices aren't bad for designer pieces, and the clothes, jewelry, and shoes get compliments. On the other hand it's easy to make expensive mistakes. Best to go in with a strategy. First, acquaint yourself with the inventory online so you can try on or consider exactly what you're interested in and pass up the rest. Second, stay on mission - get only what you came for. The staff is very aggressive, so any waffling is risky. So third, when you have what you came for, get out your credit card and leave. Do not wander the racks and displays. ProTip: Understand that part of the deal here is getting the best discount or sale price before your size sells out. Example. Today I go in with two items in mind. I'm very clear that I do not want linen. Still, I'm shown a piece that works with my wardrobe, and I suppose I was distracted by that. When I get it home guess what. 100% linen. I'll keep it as I take it to a dry cleaner for the next few years but I resent the slight. I'll be more firm next time. Sometime next year maybe. It's aggravating to have to shop with an adversarial frame of mind. read more

I almost bought a dress, and would have considered even more items - but I was so incredibly put-off at how pushy these sales ladies were! I worked in high end retail for Nordstrom for a couple of years, and understand commission structures - but it should be a customer first culture - not sales, sales, sales, buy this, try this, just TRY it, c'mon - are you SURE you don't want to just TRY it? The "champagne" (Prosecco) is a nice touch to lower your inhibitions, but even the most naive shopper would know that's just a ploy to get you to stay and try on more stuff. I opted to not go back and buy the dress I tried on, even though I LOVED it - simply because I do not want to support them. I will go to Nordstrom, where I get points on my card, and where customer service comes first, not the bottom line. I hope the owner reads this and rethinks who they hire, or pay them a better wage so the sales people do not have to act so desperate. Shopper beware! read more

In store purchase return policy is shady, only store credits issued. I was a frequent customer, that changed today after I made a return of an item I purchased within the last 14 days and was told they only give store credit. Buyer be warned! read more

Popped in here this week, just to see the new shop. Really nice clothing and jewelry from Israel. My pal bought a cool pair of pants.
