Engine blew up despite having ample oil and coolant. I look my cars, I check fluids. This things just grenaded like many of the engines of this model year do. I called the Service manager and they offered us absolutely no help at all. Now looking at a $3500 bill on a car we still owe almost $20k. Things go wrong, especially on Subaru. Just know that when it does, the management here will 100% not go out of their way to help you. Another terrible Subaru dealership in Vermont, steer clear. Here is the bill we are trying to swallow.

Called Monday morning, Matt picked up (yes, a real person, no recording:). He made sure his lift was cleared when we came in, diagnosed it and repaired it within 10 minutes. The battery wouldn't take a charge. He told me to take a different vehicle so I could get home , 60 miles and 1.5 hrs on New England back roads. He installed a new alternator the next day and delivered my vehicle to me at my home. I thought all problems were solved. The next day, I leave for work and the battery light goes on! I return June and switch off vehicles and call Auto Connection. The owner arranged for me to take the vehicle to the local Honda dealer the next day. I make it to the dealer with a battery light on and the battery not taking a charge. The repair was a simple wire connection tightening. Auto Connection paid the bill directly and in full no questions asked. Being in the service industry and a small business owner for my entire adult life, I have very high expectations for the exchange between business and consumer and I can be hard to please. Auto Connection met with pleasure my expectations as how to resolve the problem. I was very very impressed! I would drive the 60 miles again to buy another vehicle from Auto Connection and highly recommend them!
