They do not start their massages on time and end their massages early so you do not get the full time you pay for. 3. They do not close the door when you are changing, there is just a cheap drape that does not even reach down to the full length of the doorway. 5. Because the walls do not reach all the way to the ceiling you can hear other patrons during their massage - there were some very interesting noises. Taking all that aside generally the massage was a deep tissue massage which is what my wife and mother in law enjoy and because the price point is very reasonable, my wife and MIL went more than once. Unfortunately, despite the very negative experiences listed above, the masseuse had the audacity to ask for MORE of a tip because "she works hard" and she needs "to be paid more". She would not let my wife leave until she gave more tip.
