Purchase of B van. Of course the "money" part was seamless, of course. Drove over 2 hours for 11 am appt After waiting around for 1 1/ 2 hour for a walk thru package which was $2k, I went to get keys from the piece of work SM, meantime while waiting on him to find keys, he had service guy take my husband on quickie (literally 20 minute) walk thru. YouTube taught us more than the dealership (fuse box, on board generator, compute screen, grey water, etc.). A missing piece of exterior molding was not even addressed. Thanks for the rescue! Had a problem with our 2018 Thor Palazzo furnace. We were parked and set up in Flagstaff. After determining the issue was our blower motor, they ordered a new one and had it available the next day. Talking to the service team, I determined the replacement should be done by a professional and was beyond my skill set... I learned they will drive to you for key repairs! The cost is set up at the hourly labor rate and begins as they leave the shop towards your RV. Not having to tear down, drive, wait, repair, drive and reset up camp... it was an easy decision to have them come to me! I was impressed when the mechanic showed up to do the work... it was Jason, the Service Manager at the Bellemont AZ Service Center! He explained they were short handed but he had committed to our repair and wanted to honor that promise. I love when professionals act professional! The service center called as he left to start the clock and Jason was here promptly and had us running in no time. The motor replacement caused him to have to remove the furnace to get to the motor (reinforcing my decision to hire them!). After testing the motor, Jason found a connector that could cause issues later and let me know he'll order a replacement for me. Great job! Time estimate was spot on and the stress of me doing the work was eliminated! I'd recommend this parts department and service center again without question! read more

Unlike several mobile repair people who weren't interested in the job, and Merrick's Mobile RV Repair who committed to a date to do the repair and then blew me off, the staff at RV Country was courteous, professional, and Keith in Parts interjected some humor. We had an issue with propane leaking from our stove. We were to be passing through Bellemont, AZ on a certain day so I called RV Country to see if they could get our RV in to see what the issue was. They were extremely accommodating and said they could get us in at 2:00pm (they close at 5:00). We arrived a little early and they got us right in. It turned out the regulator was bad. They had the part in stock and repaired it right away. The cost was reasonable and the level of service was excellent. They had us back on the road by 4:00 so we could make our next destination on time. I am extremely satisfied with their accommodation of our situation, the timely expert repair and level of service! Broke down on our way to Tennessee and we were given an appointment for Wednesday morning at 9. Several people heard him say when the appointment was...so we had to stay for 3 days waiting for Wednesday to come. What happened on Wednesday morning. They had no appointment for us! I am updating my review of RV Country in Flagstaff, AZ. I spoke to Jason in the service department, and we discussed the prior issues I have had with the parts area. He has made some changes, and we were greeted when we came in. I also witnessed the associates take their time to help other customers that came in while I was there. I am happy that they have taken the time to prioritize customer service. However, the sales department has now fallen in my opinion. I was told something by two different people. One was a salesman named Frank. The other was the sales manager Kevin. Neither one followed through on what they said. This is very disappointing to me. I feel that it is important in sales to follow what you say. You have to build trust with your customers. read more

Had a great experience back in December with the parts department and brought my motor home for awning repair and a jack replacement. 2.5 hours drive one way. Two weeks for the work to be done, got a call that it was ready to be picked up. Was told to avoid Friday due to weather. I came down on a Sunday. The store was open except for service. I was not told, nor does the website show that service is closed on Sundays. None of the staff was helpful. It would appear like a pretty easy thing to do- take my payment, give me keys and I would be on my way. I was told the only thing was to come back Monday or call ahead. i did call ahead and verified they would be open on Sunday. I was expecting a better solution that "sorry, come back another time." the mobile guys are more expensive, but would be willing to close out and get paid on a Sunday. I would NOT recommend the flagstaff location for sales or service. read more

I am writing this formal complaint to inform RV Country of the damages to my trailer from the incorrect roof repair on my Grand Design 5th wheel. The 1st attempt at repair the wrong sealant was used and clearly not fixed properly. The 2nd attempt was also a failure as bubbles and poor workmanship are still evident. We sent an email immediately identifying these issues with no response. Jason was rude and made excuses and the work order says they did " the best they could" for warranty work on my roof. read more

I don't suggest purchasing from this dealership or having any service work done. I also don't suggest buying any camper built during COVID, 2021 especially -- as quality was very degraded for at least the Grand Design Momentum 25g that I purchased (my family says I purchased a lemon)! While the sales team is very accommodating and personable and Grand Design has been responsive in attempting to route or resolve issues, the service staff is condescending to women and dismissive of concerns and issues raised; the PDI walkthrough was not thorough and crucial info was overlooked; and hitch setup was done incorrectly in almost every way possible to the detriment of both safety and toy hauler tongue/tow vehicle height. Junior staff seemed too concerned about weekend plans to give due diligence and attention to crucial details customary for a PDI. My tv began falling off of the mount on day 2 after purchase and I used bungee cords to hold it up until it fell onto the floor altogether, ripping the computer board. Found that it had been hanging on by the coax cable and two metal screws and washers that someone had screwed right into the back of the tv. Can you believe it?! Camper has had two water leaks due to an overlook of several feet of exterior caulking. The drawer slide under stove broke altogether in week 1. And forget about getting any warranty work done. What a hassle even right after taking possession of your camper. in a timely manner. There is no prioritization done based upon customer needs or risks; and the entire scheduling process is wrought with problems and poor logic. read more

In addition to the damages. I would also like to make a formal complaint against Jason Stout the shop manager for his unprofessional conduct towards me and my Husband. Jason was threatening, rude, and very aggressive towards us, demanded additional money and payment in full before allowing us to see our trailer.  Beware!! to anyone thinking of getting your RV serviced at this shop! I had to take my trailer to a specialty RV repair shop in Phoenix costing me more than $15,000 to fix the damages caused by RV Country Flagstaff (new location is now in Belmont), but same horrible service. read more

I had the misfortune of using these guys in 2020. Went just for an oil change and for them to just check my generator. I wish I had checked reviews before ever doing business with these people. I went there because they had the specific travel trailer in stock that i wanted. I was promised free installation on a battery they forgot to install at time of purchase. I live at least 2 hours from the dealership. When I was finally able to get back for that installation they conveniently didn't remember what they agreed to do. My salesman was no longer working there. The remaining staff denied knowing and of course said nothing was in writing about it. After spending all that money to purchase that rv the manager Kevin treated me like garbage acting as though I was trying to scam someone. Believe me I had other more convenient places I could have gone for this service. I would not have driven over two hours to have the work done if they had not promised to comp me for my inconvienience having to return there because they didnt get this done the day i purchased the trailer! Rv Country has a D+ rating with the better business Bureau. Theres a reason for that! I will never reccomend this business to anyone! read more

Purchased a satellite receiver from this establishment. When the receiver didn't work and I tried to return it in the box they refused to give store credit or money back. The gentleman at the parts counter stated "only the manager can give credit or make a return" there was another employee standing there stating "oh that's not good" - The worst most unprofessional place I have been for any RV equipment. We blew a tire on our 5th wheel and it tore up our hydraulic line for the jacks on our way up the hill just south of Flagstaff last night. We arrived at RV Country and waited for them to open. We were greeted at the gate by Jason when they opened. He explained that they had previous appointments and he would check to see if they could work us in. Jason and Will personally came out to our 5th wheel and diagnosed and fixed the problem. We were out of there in about an hour. Great customer service, very refreshing in todays world. I wish I could give these people zero stars. I purchases two pigtail hoses for my propane assembly. I talked to Jason (the slimy POS that lied to me). I pointed to the sign that said "no returns on propane items". I asked if that applied to the pigtails. He said, "yes, but you can return them if they're undamaged". I had put them in, but immediately realized that they didn't work. I discovered that they were the wrong item. They wouldn't let me return them. We recently purchased a 2014 Remington from this location in Bellmont AZ. The only positive thing I can say is that the purchase/financing was seamless. Their service department and their pre delivery process is beyond incompetent! We pointed out when doing the inspection that there was water coming from underneath the rv. Got treated like we were idiots. To clarify, my husband worked for Monaco for 3 years building rvs so he knows what is talking about. So they proceeded to half ass check out the issue and came to the conclusion that it was not an issue. We get the rv down to Camp Verde and hook it up and discover water pouring out from under the rv and water and into the underbelly of the rv and the outdoor kitchen. So we call again...they send someone from the service department and he tells us its from the half gallon of soapy water that was spilled inside the bunkhouse area when they were cleaning it for pickup and the water inlet hose not on tight enough. We have had this rv for a week today..and today as we are inside washing dishes our neighbor at the resort we stay at comes over and says "hey you have gallons of water pouring out from under your rig" my husband goes out and the pad under the rv has standing water. The gray water tank has a leak or something and the water has been accumulating under the sealed underbelly and the weight of water breaks the seal and poured out on the ground. We called them and said hey we need this fixed asap we have grey water pouring onto the ground. Oh that isn't something we can fix today, we can't come look at it until Monday sometime. We actually had the store manager say "we stand behind our rvs and if something is leaking, we will make it right" clearly not!! We had contacted them earlier in the day about a leak in the roof of the slide out in the bunkhouse and asked for a call back on that as well and crickets!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM or USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! They the worst!! read more

Multiple phone calls with my dealer back in Montana were fruitless so I demanded a referral. We called RV Country to fix our less than a year old refrigerator for our pretty new fifth wheel. We had to do a service call, and Jason came out. He figured out the problem, adjusted the refrigerator door that has been broken since we purchased it, and ordered the fan parts. Chose this company because they had the refrigerator I needed and could install it quickly. However they misrepresented the refrigerator (said it was 3-way power source when in fact it's a 2-way power source). The price charged for appliance was competitive. Their labor fees are one and a half as much as competitors and time to install went over their estimate, so installation fee was high. I am giving them credit for being honest about refrigerator cost, timeline, and repairing propane line (they found a leak). If you're traveling through town and need a quick fix, I'd say you're safe using them, just don't expect any bargains. Since I'm local I'll give myself time to look elsewhere next time and won't return here. read more

We're from out of town and stopped in today looking to trade our toy hauler in that we have now for something different. We started talking to Daniel the sales rep about what we were looking for. He told us they didn't have anything with the size garage we wanted. We still wanted to look at the selection they had though because we were not dead set on that size and asked him if we could still look at what they had. He rolled his eyes at us and told us no that we couldn't for whatever reason. At that point we just walked out. My mom and I walked into the store and we got some help from a nice gentleman. My mom is currently battling stage four cancer and has a compromise immune system was standing waiting for help. A rather big gentle man that has a Harley Davidson tattoo on his arm was walking around my mom with no mask on multiple times. I was looking at him and he said "excuse me" loudly. I asked him nicely to put his mask on and he came over next to my mom yelling at me. keep in mind im 17 at the store with my mom getting yelled at some dude saying "he can't wear a mask because he lost is wallet " is quite a excuse. If my mom catches Corona and it less back to this store I'll never forgive the store. and funny how two days later the same man with the Harley Davidson tattoo didn't have a ask on. and the woman that was immune compromise is wants to fix her rv so she can hide from the public. read more

These guys took advantage of a single woman traveling and purchasing propane for the first time. I had forgotten one of my 20 pound tanks to fill so I thought I would purchase a new tank, in my head thinking 30-40$. It was already being filled w propane when I was told it was $100. I felt obligated and on the spot; I had not actually researched pricing and couldn't believe the price, and thought he was joking (I now know they sell just about anywhere for $35 a tank). Then the sleazy sales guy, with a wink and a pretense of hiding from the boss said, "I'll only charge you for 10 gallons" when the two tanks took 4.4 and 4.7 to fill. Could not even do math. I thought this kind of low life salesmanship was a thing of the past. Women, stay away! Guys, want your ladies getting screwed over? Stay away from these dishonest crooks! read more

We were traveling in NM towing our little Casita Travel trailer and our propane heater stopped working. It's cold and we couldn't continue our trip without heat. So we called from Gallop and asked if they could fit us in since we were on our way through flagstaff. Even though they were booked out, they told us they would make room for us. They quickly took care of the issue and we could get on our way. They were polite, professional, honest amd fair. While driving through Flagstaff, I heard the sound of jingling metal from the bottom of my trailer (something was very wrong). I couldn't find the problem, so I found the closest rv service center on my phone. The first thing I noticed about this place was that the whole place was clean and organized. It was easy to see that it was professionally run. A technician immediately emerged from the service bay to help me. I told him that my trailer sounded like it had metal jingling in the wheels when I drive, and he immediately got under the trailer to look. He found that the bracket that holds the metal springs for the wheels was broken off completely, and the pieces were dangling from the bolt that holds them. Unfortunately, they were booked, and the had a huge backlog of trailers that needed to be winterized. However, I told them that we're traveling to Albuquerque, and we're living in the trailer. They understood the situation, and make an exception to help us. They found a new bracket, drove to another location to get it, and welded it on before 5:00pm so we could continue our trip to Albuquerque. I am so grateful to them. The work they did was very professional. The bracket was a perfect fit, and their welds were excellent. They even painted the whole area black so it wouldn't rust. The technician's names were Robert and Michael. read more
