Jake was ready to install the dock within a week, but I postponed because of vacation. The crew came today, and I honestly think this took only about an hour or two to install. The guys were very nice and friendly and explained the installation process to me. They made absolutely sure I was happy with the dock's placement, and even gave me some maintenance tips. I thought the price was exceptionally reasonable. I'm very happy and can't wait to take delivery of my jet ski. I can't recommend EZ Docks Florida highly enough.

The marina is part of a gated community of several high rise condo bldgs so it has security. Restaurant "Belle" is excellent. Safe Harbor has done an excellent job investing in making an already excellent marina into an outstanding one. Easy access off ICW for fuel and for a transient slip. The facilities are excellent, clean and safe. Visiting boats have use of a pool at a nearby public Golf Country Club, but it is a healthy 1mi walk from the slips. If coming by boat either north or south bound, it is a beautiful stop.

I'm over in west Coast and I've been looking for a Yamaha Niken, these are a bit on the rare side. The ones that are available somewhat nearby cost an arm and a leg. This place has the bike (or so it seems) Made the call and talked to Steve on 10/27, who said it is available and I would need to put $1000 deposit (which seems a bit high but whatever) I put in the deposit via CC the next day. The wiring was sent on 11/1 and they confirmed they received all the funds on 11/2. I've got the Bill of Sale and Release of Liability on that day. I'm thinking I've got the bike now I just need to find someone to pick it up for me. I've asked Steve when I can pick up the bike and he said "anytime" but sent me to a different address (In Plant City) which was near an Auction house (That should of been a red flag) I didn't think too much of it back then. I used uShip and was able to find someone who was able to go pick it up on 11/8 Monday. As he was on his way there I informed Steve about the pickup but that's when I got the call and he told me they "lost" the bike. They close Monday so he said he'll find out the next day. Of course next day goes by he said he's still working on it... By Wed 11/10 I'm still not getting a straight answer from Steve so I finally emailed Tony (the owner). To my surprise, he replied back later the day and basically said "For some reason unknown to us the auction it was at sold it and we had no idea. It was a big misunderstanding and the facts are that we will have to refund all your monies. We didn't find out what actually happened until yesterday so i am deeply sorry that we put you through this and I hope you would accept my apology." I was just SHOCKED, I mean this did not happen, I paid in full for a bike that I thought I was getting, I arranged transport which now I have to cancel and get the refund. Basically it sounded like someone at the auction house paid top dollars for the bike (even though it's SOLD to me) they sold it to the highest bidder anyway. I don't believe for a second that they had "no idea" about it. The moment the bike left their facility and went to the auction house, they knew it was going to be sold. I was just their "back burner" in case it doesn't. I did get my money back on 11/15 from a check they sent via FedEx so I can finally look for another Niken. I don't recommend dealing with them remote as they're on the shady side of things.

Friendly staff, but poor workmanship and unprofessional treatment ruined the experience…read more I chose Jupiter Auto Body over the Toyota dealer because I wanted to support a local shop, but I regret that decision. The positives: the office staff was friendly and professional, and my truck was nicely cleaned when I picked it up. Unfortunately, the actual repair was disappointing. Two parking sensors, which worked perfectly before, were broken during the bumper removal. At first, I was told I'd need to pay for them and was even called "ignorant" for questioning it. The bumper itself wasn't reinstalled properly either -- it now sits about a half inch below the step. (See pic) While the owner eventually agreed to take responsibility for the sensors, the way I was treated and the quality of the repair left me frustrated. I expected my truck to be restored to its original condition, but instead I left feeling let down and unwilling to return.

BOY WERE WE WRONG! My car only needed one metal panel replaced. THATS IT. First they ordered the wrong part, then they delayed pickup for a month and a half. They would say it'd be ready on Friday then when Friday comes they would tell us next wednesday. That cycle repeated until present day, when a police officer shows up at our doorstep telling us AN AMAZON TRUCK HIT MY CAR IN THEIR PARKING LOT. We now have to get my bumper replaced which will take god knows how long and it is because of their incompetence, and lack of care for their clients. If you love you car and sanity, DO NOT COME HERE!
