Terrible! Stay away, & try getting a coach elsewhere. The salesman "Freddy" is very misleading. Within hours of a RV being posted, we went to see it right away, then submitted our financials to obtain a loan for it. We were the first applicants . I was told he would have an answer for me first thing in the morning; he never called . I had to chase him around all day via phone calls and he kept giving me the run around. Finally he stayed the bank would only fiancé a portion, a I said find. I'll bring cash & let's close the deal, and although I was the one calling him all day, now the "bank is closed " and other people are viewing it ..... WHAT?? I said I'm moving forward. We did everything on our end to get our family the RV we have dreamed of and he did NOT have our best interest. Not sure what made best around the bush and totally F us over. Tried to purchase a 2014 Fleetwood Terra from this dealer. I went to look at it and met with both Fredrico and Zack who both seemed very nice and professional. They stated that they cant negotiate on the RV because it is a consignment and that everything has to go thru the RV owner. They did mention the owner is motivated to sell and they will get back to me tomorrow. Days have gone by with multiple phone calls made. They have said they will contact the owner but they never end up calling me back. I suppose it'd be easier for me to just contact the owner but they wont let me do that. I have called multiple times and they just say they will call me back later, then they never call me. Unprofessional. Poor business practice Fredrico and Zack. Was willing to purchase... Unfortunately we really liked this RV and passed up another great RV that has now sold since we were waiting on these guys. I would recommend not wasting your time with this company. read more

Help You Sell is a great idea if done properly. I'm searching online for a Class C RV. Who on earth developed their website??? You can not search on the type of RV you are looking for... there is no way for me to search for Class C. On top of that, if I want to know how long the RV is I have to do a Google search for the RV make and model in hopes to find the length of the unit because they don't list the actual length. If they ever fix their website I hope that they also have the programmer create a back button to take you back to the last page you were at and not at the beginning of all of their listings. I will continue to look elsewhere as it's too much trouble to find what I'm looking for on their website (22' to 26' Class C RV) ! read more

We just bought an RV after looking for a while and trying to figure out what would work well for our family. After being completely disenchanted with Mike Thompson as they wouldn't honor what they stated and wasted hours of our time and checking out Dennis Dillon (which wasn't as bad but felt a little rushed) I found Frederico and Zack to be very helpful. Zack spent a lot of time with us going through numerous vehicles and explaining differences and nuances which we really appreciated! We never felt pressure to buy and everyone one there is very personable, down to earth, and helpful, including Frederico's son Nathan, and Marci. We bought a used vehicle and it was serviced before we got it. However the day after we got it a light came on the dash board and we were concerned that it might be a bad idea to drive it in case we could damage something. Frederico who owns the business along with Zack, left his dealership in mid afternoon to drive 25 minutes to where the RV was with his mechanic just to check out the problem with the RV for us. It turned out that it was merely a bad sensor and nothing serious was wrong, but I have no doubts at this point of how these guys are really decent people who have genuine concern for their customers. They spend a lot of time with each client so make sure that you make appointments and be on time with your appointment. I don't often right reviews unless they warrant it. Let me disclose that this was my first time ever going here and I knew no one here prior to my visit. I have purchased 2 RV's prior this one and after looking for months for the perfect Class "C" motor home, I found it here at this family owned and operated business. I went to all the big dealers in California and was even searching nationwide. The service I received here was nothing less than outstanding!!! I drove 5 hours the day after having major surgery to see the 2020 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 22r. Frederico and his staff (which is all family) made my wife and I feel right at home. He went above and beyond taking the time on a late Friday evening after they closed to go over everything on the coach we were interested in. There was never any pressure to purchase. We ended up doing a purchase agreement that evening. Today we picked up our RV and everything was perfect. A complete and thorough walk through was conducted by the owner himself (Frederico) prior to even handing over the check. He wanted to make sure that I was happy with what I was getting. Most dealerships will never do a walk through until it's paid in full. Not here. That's says a lot. A special thanks to Marcy, Nathan and Patrick (all family) for their assistance in this purchase. During the entire process I was continuously offered beverages and asked if I needed anything. Then the most amazing thing happened. Marcy brought me out a piece of her homemade Churro Cheese Cake. I should say that this was the best part of the entire experience here. It was so delicious! If you do a search on the best dealerships to buy an rv from, they all point to the small hometown businesses. Stay away from the "Big Guys" dealerships and come here or at least give them the opportunity first. We are now looking at purchasing another one from here for my father. Great job guys. Really disappointed with the poor customer service and the standard of the RV provided. RV was clearly older than advertised and falling apart. This was a major trip for us from the UK and I had never driven an RV before. The customer service at pick up and drop off was shocking. The staff clearly didn't want to be there and it showed in their attitude. No help, no advice and no support. My wife and I had a wonderful experience here. We called ahead to ask about a few coaches on the lot. Federico took the time to give us a quick overview of all three. A couple days later we came to the dealership and Federico toured us on all three, explaining some of the best features of each one while showing differences in construction. Overall it's OK. The people who work there are nice. But I think they need to improve their after-sales service.
