One - often the washing machines and/or dryers are out of service and with a family of six that can be frustrating. Two - the water was shut off one evening and there wasn't communication to the tenants affected and did not end up getting resolved until almost midnight. Given it was 40 degrees, I wasn't going to take myself or my toddler and infant to the showers available within the park. Three - we had an issue with a VERY rude employee but luckily her poor behavior was addressed and is no longer an issue. This was a HUGE step up from the park we stayed in previously and I will definitely be back to bring my boys in to visit because they love everyone.

If you have small children, there is a downside, they're expanding and the construction is noisy during the day. Also, this park is all dirt and rock, so no grass for your kids to play in and there are stray dogs that run around and will leave waste in your yard (which you will have to clean up yourself) They're dog friendly, they have waste bags for you to use on the side of the office, their prices are good for the area and the location is close to a lot of businesses that are convenient for you and your family.

There are SO many sites to choose from. We've been here for 3 weeks now and we have not had an rv on either side of us. Even if there was, each side of the site has a great amount of space. Curtis, John, and Lynn were able to help us with installing a new 15k ac unit on the same day as requested. We have a bulldog so things like that are extremely important. They also came to us!
