When neighborly kindness, honor, respect, patience, and forbearance character traits are lost or waining in a culture, disintegration fragmentation, and brokenness is felt. The breakdown of relational connection (relationship) is, unfortunately, a profound experience I have had increasingly over the past 35-40 years in American culture and in Santa Clarita. Karl & his staff somehow have managed to maintain a kind, relational respectful environment at this place of business (somehow against the cultural inclinations and influence). I've had 3 interactions / occasions with RV Repair & Supply. So, on the basis or 2 or 3 witnesses a matter is to be confirmed. This is a place you can go to and be treated as a neighbor, a respected and honored guest. Your particular need will be address with attention and care as a friend or respected neighbor. That's been my experience and it's something you can feel. I know they are not perfect people, as no people are,... but from my experience, they are attempting to be good people and provide an honorable business service and I believe their batting average is pretty high. On my lat visit, Karl helped me think through my trailer awning dilemma with patience and care as if it was his personal problem. He provided me with some used parts that were close but not a perfect fit. I was never going to find the actual parts I needed anywhere as the ones I needed were discontinue. He even thought through the problem with me and provided advice on how I might retrofit the parts to fit better on the awning. Well, it worked! I am a very satisfied neighbor/patron.

Since he passed away, we returned to the shop for assistance and it was top notch as always. With Robert doing magic with his repairs with Carl and Shawn. We have parked our RV's in their lot for many years due to the drive through spot they gave us. For years Robert was always there to solve our problems, he retired and returned. Robert is greatest person to repair and do repairs. He loves his job and treats all that customer's the same with his cheerful disposition. An example was our 30 ft. Montana trailer there with front end damage from a ladder falling of another vehical and struck our truck and trailer at 55 mph and they repaired like new and worked to repaired the problems. They do great body work and we can assure everyone this is the greatest, most honest shop in LA County. It's worth the drive even from Ventura County. I didn't realize they had this page and was surprised to see all the details in all the recommendations, but it is all true and has been for many, many years.

Nick's Mobile came through when I needed it most…read more I was at Bonelli Bluffs the weekend before Halloween and my new trailer suddenly lost shore power. Not the kind of problem you want to deal with on a trip. I called Nick and he responded right away. He made time to come out the same day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and knew exactly what was wrong. The automatic transfer switch had failed. Instead of delaying the repair, he tracked down the part himself, picked it up, and came back to install it. That level of effort matters when you are on a tight timeline. The repair was clean and professional. Power was restored and my entire weekend was back on track. What could have been a ruined trip turned into a great one. He did not stop there. He worked through the warranty process and made sure the repair was covered. I ended up fully reimbursed by the manufacturer. That saved me money and a lot of hassle. Nick goes above and beyond. So awhile back (June ish) I used Nick to check in on a refrigerator repair and he point out some…read morestuff quickly and had some solutions. During the process there was some wood that was jacked up around the fridge where it anchors to the cabinets. I'm not overly picky just like bare minimums for my rig..but I wasn't thrilled because the fridge didn't stand straight. Nonetheless Nick said whether it was like that before or from his install he'd handle it next time around. Welp 7 months later my roof is leaking, I found again for roof leak repairs and he quoted, came out in a couple days, had it worked up, threw a little extra seal along the roof gutter that came off at material cost only..and he honored what he said from 7 months prior by finding pieces to anchor the fridge while doing the roof work at no extra charge. Additionally, I found a small leak from a clamp when using the hot water heater and he stopped by the campground on 24 hour notice and found the origin of the leak and fixed that for me quickly too (no charge). I'm happy with his response to the previous issue and quick turnaround time and will use him for quite a few other projects moving forward!

I would not suggest taking your trailer to this company for any work. It took almost two years for…read morehim to do work using one excuse after another as to why its not done, and when it will be ready. My biggest complaint is after leaving his place with my trailer someone flagged me down to tell me a propane tank came lose and was wedged between the trailer tongue and the asphalt. Luckily the tank was empty, although he told me they were new and ready to go. I could have blown up had there been propane in them. I was billed for many repairs that were not done and parts that were not installed. There were bare electrical wires left under the sink. Some things were done in such poor quality, I had to have them checked and fixed by someone else. I could not trust his word that he went over all the electrical, plumbing and axles, so I have to have that all checked by a qualified company. The polishing of the trailer was great. But he took it to someone else to be done. He made new cabinet doors for me although I never asked him to do that. The doors look good. He had done some other things I never asked him to do that he didn't charge me for. And when I complained about the problems he tried to justify things by pointing out the extras he did. Yes, there were some things that were done well, but the delays, some poor quality of work, not doing things he said he did and safety issues is why he only gets one star.
