Nick's Mobile came through when I needed it most…read more I was at Bonelli Bluffs the weekend before Halloween and my new trailer suddenly lost shore power. Not the kind of problem you want to deal with on a trip. I called Nick and he responded right away. He made time to come out the same day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and knew exactly what was wrong. The automatic transfer switch had failed. Instead of delaying the repair, he tracked down the part himself, picked it up, and came back to install it. That level of effort matters when you are on a tight timeline. The repair was clean and professional. Power was restored and my entire weekend was back on track. What could have been a ruined trip turned into a great one. He did not stop there. He worked through the warranty process and made sure the repair was covered. I ended up fully reimbursed by the manufacturer. That saved me money and a lot of hassle. Nick goes above and beyond. I live in Simi Valley and he is in West Covina. My problem was not an easy fix, based on all of his suggestions and coaching. He came out to Simi, in the evening and diagnosed my problem. I basically needed a new fridge. He set me up with a place to order, he picked it up and brought it out at 6:45 in the evening and replaced my refrigerator. Oh, there is more. He called my service insurance company and recouped 1/2 of the cost the day my policy expired. In addition, after replacing the fridge, he looked over our RV, got on the roof, gave advice and gave a can of self leveling seem sealer to put on the corners of our roof. He fixed the stove--just cut the wire going to the back light. I covered each wire end with the rubber ending so no shock. Fred ordered the toilet part, called me one day to come and fix it but I was at the doctor's and he never called back. This was at the end of July, 2026. I have called him every week to come and complete the job but now he is avoiding my phone calls. When Craig worked for me, he always came finished the job. I am very disappointed. If Fred wants to help Craig start building his business, he needs to start by completing the mobile jobs he was still working on.i just hope Fred does not run Craig and Camper's Keeper's Business into the ground Craig does not deserve that. I would not suggest taking your trailer to this company for any work. It took almost two years for…read morehim to do work using one excuse after another as to why its not done, and when it will be ready. My biggest complaint is after leaving his place with my trailer someone flagged me down to tell me a propane tank came lose and was wedged between the trailer tongue and the asphalt. Luckily the tank was empty, although he told me they were new and ready to go. I could have blown up had there been propane in them. I was billed for many repairs that were not done and parts that were not installed. There were bare electrical wires left under the sink. Some things were done in such poor quality, I had to have them checked and fixed by someone else. I could not trust his word that he went over all the electrical, plumbing and axles, so I have to have that all checked by a qualified company. The polishing of the trailer was great. But he took it to someone else to be done. He made new cabinet doors for me although I never asked him to do that. The doors look good. He had done some other things I never asked him to do that he didn't charge me for. And when I complained about the problems he tried to justify things by pointing out the extras he did. Yes, there were some things that were done well, but the delays, some poor quality of work, not doing things he said he did and safety issues is why he only gets one star.

Most used rigs are going to need some repair work- you just want to know that it isn't something that will kill you while you sleep, or cost you so much that you can't use it for 6 months. I had Tom inspect a 7 y.o. Travel Trailer that I was looking at. There was a problem with the furnace that could have caused carbon monoxide to leak into the trailer at night, easy fix, but I would never have known. Toms report was thorough and detailed. He talked with me afterwards by phone to clear up some questions. I will definitely use him again
