Was very pleased with Tom. Very detailed report. Glad I decided to get a pre-purchase inspection as there were a few issues found.

This month we were returning from a visit to So Cal and the passenger step into the cab of our Tiffin Wayfarer RV became so loose that it was in danger of falling off. At the recommendation of the MBZ dealer we went to Conejo RV without an appointment. Without hesitation, Kirk immediately got underneath the step and determined that the self tapping bolts (many missing) were no longer going to work. He had one of the techs immediately remove the step and refit with larger bolts. The whole repair was done within an hour. The step is now very secure. While the service we received blew me away, I was then completely taken back when he told me "no charge". My only regret is that we no longer live here as he would be my "RV guy" for sure.

Good selection here and this place was easy to find. Business was clean and organized. It was a stress free environment. I spoke to Jim D. and he answered a few quick questions for me. Jim was super nice, polite and knowledgeable. I appreciate it!!! I will definitely keep this place in mind if I ever choose to go this route. Thanks...

If we could give 10 stars, we would. We were in a crunch and needed to get our Rpod trailer from…read moreSoCal to NorCal, but it was in horrible shape after sitting out in the elements at a storage facility for 5 years. I am out of state, my husband is in Northern California - neither one of us had any vacation time to deal with everything that needed to be done. Anthony handled it start to finish. We did literally nothing but get him the keys. He transported it to his location, bought all the parts, fixed tires, sealing, etc. His communication was excellent. He took pictures of everything he did. There were no hidden fees. Everything was as expected. When we arrived to pick up our trailer, he could have just handed us the keys and driven off. Instead, he helped us hook up the trailer, gave us advice for the drive, and recommendations for things the he would upgrade/change if it were his rig in the future. He wasn't trying to make a future sale because he knew we were taking it out of area. He was simply going above and beyond. It took time out of his Saturday to help us - time we weren't paying him for. He did it because he takes pride in his business and he is a good guy. Is he pricey? We don't think so. He was worth every penny we spent. We gave him a nightmare of a headache and he gave us back an Rpod we could start making memories in again. We can't thank him enough!

I called him, he answered and then hung up. I immediately tried to call him back with no return of 2 voice mails a 2 texts. These were prearranged appointments confirmed by him with texts. He charges a service fee because of his time, understandable but for both appointments I had to bring my RV home and miss a day of work. I was impressed with him originally on the phone and most of his posts are good. But look at the 1 star reviews as they are very telling. I can't comment on this work but his professionalism, customer service and ethics are ? Nope can not recommend this service

I was looking for a place to take my RV on a regular basis since my old RV mechanic closed shop…read more They told me they are the cheapest in all of Simi. Well, I had a list of items to resolve. But the most important one was to help the RV pass a smog test that had already failed. And while I had it there, I asked how much to paint the RV since they were supposedly the cheapest. The quoted me over $40k to paint it! But if I did all the work with them, they would bring down the paint job cost. I was quoted an amount for diagnostic work. Well, they charged the diagnostic fee multiplied by the number of issues I had. So the total ended being around $2000! Yes that included an oil change. And also they did connect the house batteries (one of the requests). But the rest was all diagnostic time. Unfortunately all that $$ was ONLY to diagnose, not to fix. So nothing else was fixed!! If I actually wanted to do the repairs, that was additional $$$. I paid and left. My RV still has all the problems. Beware! I will not come back to them and don't want others to get ripped off by them. Now the employees themselves are very nice and polite and friendly. Unfortunately I still was ripped off.
