Hydralift for Harley
Tonya S.

WOW, just WOW!! If you need a place to get any work, tow bars, hydralifts; etc done to your RV you have to go to RV Specialists! Darrell is the best! He totally went out of his way to help us get everything done that we needed prior to leaving on our trip. He even fixed things others couldn't. Even though he's super busy he got our allegro bus in the shop and the quality of work is 5 star for sure!! His wife is very sweet and both of them were extremely responsive to our calls and questions. THANK YOU for excellent customer service! We're family now lol! I highly recommend RV Specialists!

Still the best place for rv repairs. This time had some body work done because I did a dumb thing pulling into a campsite. Wow is all I can say. Paint match is perfect and the repairs have made the camper way better than it was before. Thanks for everything.

Wonderful job on my Fleetwood Bounder , service of my engine and generator and paint and body work

Oscar put…read morethe parts behind him during installation and didn't show me, answered my questions regarding which parts are being replaced wi the vague answers, looked frustrated when I asked for specifics. I asked are you replacing the whole power center box or just the converter section? He told me the whole box. I asked if it was new and he said yes. Good technicians and real electricians can explain things to you and be transparent because they have nothing to hide. I paid $500 for my own used parts to be used again from my old unit and before I even had the chance to call the owner out on it (who seems to be in on the fraud, he was waiting in the car the entire time), he blocked me. I hired this company to replace the converter in my trailer after water entered through the vent and the unit began smoking and making a whining noise. I was charged $100 for a diagnosis, but Oscar immediately replaced the entire power center box without explaining what was actually being replaced. When I asked Oscar if the converter and other components would be new, I was told it would be a "new box." However, after the installation my lights began flickering and within minutes most of the interior lights stopped working (only the kitchen light remained on). All lights were functioning before the installation. When I contacted the technician, he said the job was complete and that I only hired him to replace the converter, not troubleshoot the lights. This was confusing because he had already replaced the entire unit instead of just the converter module. I later had another technician inspect the system and was told that several parts were not new. The converter appears to be refurbished, my old fuses were reused, and the circuit board also looks old and dusty. I was also charged for three breakers that appear to be the same ones that were already in the unit. Oscar did refund $100 after I raised concerns, but the electrical system is still not functioning properly and I will have to pay another technician to fix it. I recommend asking very detailed questions about what parts are actually being replaced (converter module vs full power center) and whether the components are new, refurbished, or reused before agreeing to the repair. I also found an entire unit for $179 that includes fuse box, fuses, converter module, and breakers online. I feel scammed and disappointed. I was going to keep this private but after inspecting the parts, it really is not fair and misleading he used my own old parts while presenting as new and then put me in a situation where I would have to pay more to fix the fuses, diagnose again, and "trouble shoot lights" when that was already part of the original problem. I was also told by the new tech that wires were taped. Not professional work at all. I feel bad leaving a bad review but they marked up the price on all of these components and intentionally misled me. He also didn't give me a door for the unit so it is exposed. He intentionally misled me which is the same as scamming someone. Do not trust their 5 star reviews.

I was recommended the Sprinter Pitstop through a friend. I spoke with Lucca and he was able to get me in within 24 hours. They did a full detailed inspection and labeled items of level of importance that needed repair. Of which I had them do the work. More importantly, my engine light had come on and he explained that it had to do with the DEF system which can be very pricey and possibly still under warranty, even at 133,000 miles. They reset the engine light for me, and when it came on again I took it to Mercedes SAN Diego as recommended by Lucca. Mercedes ended up replacing both sensors and the DPF filter under warranty, as was explained via Lucca, saving me multiple thousands of dollars! They could have just told me what needed to be replaced and took me for many thousands, but instead they recommended a better path that was covered via Mercedes. The work they did do on my van was fair priced and well done, and the money they saved me was much appreciated. It's for this reason I'm writing this review, I highly recommend them, and will be returning to them for trusted repairs in the future. Thanks Lucca and Sprinter Pitstop!

We had what we thought was a serious electrical issue that could be disastrous. I needed someone right away. Tim literally canceled other less urgent appointments and was at my RV in about two hours. Tim was out to our house the very next day, on time and with a small back up crew. Within an hour or so, he had our problem solved - turned out to be a failed circuit board and we were lucky that he had one available and on site, ready to switch out. Prior to the repairs he explained to me what was going on, what he was testing and what might need to be done. After they swapped out the circuit board, he showed me what he did, demonstrated the proper way to use a slide-out with a glitch in it, showed us the part he swapped out. He also did a complimentary roof inspection and told us that we could call him anytime, day or night, home or camping spot, and he would come out if we needed another repair down the road. Our payment went through Venmo and his prices are EXTREMELY reasonable, especially because of the quick turnaround. Then (yes, there is more) he sent us some instructional videos that we could use down the road. What impressed me the most was his friendliness, his courtesy and his kindness. The same goes for his staff, Ivan and... (forgive me... missed his name even though he told me but I blabbered away and forgot, didn't want to look inattentive by asking for it again. Was it... Vince?) But I can tell you, they were friendly and outgoing, which also speaks volumes for the company they work for. In today's climate where you ask for a quote and you never hear back, you leave a voice mail and you never hear back, or you finally hear back and the next available spot is 2 weeks away, having Tim and his crew come out the very next day reminded me of what actual customer service is. Tim saved our upcoming New Years Eve camping trip and he is going to be the one person that we call when we have any issues in the the future!!!

How about the scratches from resting my tires on the paint of my car? Lazy and inconsiderate. Pulled from the article that copied and pasted "Engine Design Changes: Newer Toyota engines are designed with tighter tolerances and specific lubrication needs that necessitate these thinner oils, such as OW-16 or OW-8." Exactly my 2019 Lexus ux250 is a newer Toyota engine if you weren't aware , so why are changing it?
