On the minus side- They showed up 2 hours late, with no call or apology, just a: "We're here". Big red flag. Also I was given an initial price range over the phone of $450-$550. That went up ($625.00) the day they arrived. The manager should have come to the site instead of justifying this over the phone. Red flag #2. Third red flag- Salesmen/managers who talk super fast and with whom you have to struggle to get a word in edge-wise. The owner avoiding taking my call after the job was done, presumably because he thought I was going to complain. In fact, I was simply having trouble sending him the payment over Venmo and needed help. While he was telling me he was unavailable by phone he sent me a dozen texts in succession that had nothing to do with my problem. Unprofessional and ANNOYING. Never worked so hard to get money TO someone. Decent job but not worth the hassle. I'll look for the same service/price from another person who's easier to work and communicate with, next time. ------- Shame on you for lying about telling me you'd arrive in a "4 hour window". Your response below was the first time it was ever brought up. As for the rest- Revisionist history. A little more business advice: If you're planning on charging top dollar, a detailed pre-service contract, listing the intended work is S.O.P., not just farming that out to the worker, who gives the customer a hand written note at the last minute because he asked for it. read more

He scheduled me for 7:30 AM. and did not show up. I did not receive a phone call from them to reschedule and they ignored all of my calls and texts. When I originally scheduled him, he made it a point for me to review his outstanding google reviews and commented the only negative reviews are for being late. I could understand them showing up late but completely ghosting someone who had scheduled their entire day around an RV detailing is very unprofessional and unexceptable! the quality and price is great. they detailed our 25' class C RV inside and out. they polished and then paste waxed the outside scrubbed the roof to a gleaming white. the interior clean was great shampooed the carpet and cleaned cabinets and furniture. restore all the black bumpers, mirrors, even the cover on the AC unit. we live 4 hours away in central California but visit our daughter in San Diego every couple months. we have decided that this is the only place we will use for our RV. read more

I was very happy with X-treme mobile detailing services today. We organized everything over phone / text and Mr. Morales detailed my RV inside and out while I was at work. He did a phenomenal job. I don't think this thing was ever this clean, even out of the factory! He is VERY detail oriented and cleaned every nook and cranny and corner. He took out items from drawers, cleaned the drawers, and replaced everything just like it was. I really couldn't ask for a better clean up job. My SUV needed a major detail and my brother-in-law recommended XTreme Mobile for the service. The owners were able to fit me in last minute. Robert, the owner, told me his brother would be able to come over within 2 hours. To my surprise, Ralph, his brother, called within 30 minutes and said he was on his way. Both owners were polite and listened to my concerns about what I wanted for my car. Ralph spent over 5 hours detailing my car back from its sad state to a beautiful car. It had been parked outside for over 5.5 years without a major detail. The exterior was in need of a good wax to remove paint oxidation and layers of environmental exposure. Ralph also made my tan leather seats look supple and new once again. Total price was around $185; well worth the 5+ hours he spent attacking every nook and cranny on the car. My tan carpet and mats were immaculate! I had the car detailed in my parent's complex, where space is at a premium and Ralph was very courteous to neighbors who needed access to their garage, etc. I appreciated that. Robert even texted to inquire about my satisfaction an hour or two after wards. I plan to get my oxidized headlights restored with them as well. He also degreased the engine. We called X-treme mobile detailing after a trip to the grocery store turned into a glass bottle breaking in my car on the way home, which left my car with a nauseating odor. After talking with the owner he said a steam cleaning would fix the problem and my car would be as good as new! He gave us the price and we went ahead and scheduled an appointment for 7am on Saturday morning. I work early M-F so I value my sleep on the weekends, but I dragged myself out of bed at 6:30am to wait for their employee to show up. At around 8:00 when nobody had shown up, we texted the owner. He replied that he was waiting for the rain to stop to send someone out. Ok, understandable, however a text message or phone call letting us know would have been nice, and it had not been raining at all at our house which is not far from their office. Anyway, they showed up at 11:30am and started working on my car. He did a good job and my car looks and smells like new again. Then it came time to pay the man, he handed me a hand written invoice for $20 more than the owner had given us. I told the employee that this was a different price than the owner had told us, however we had a communication barrier since the employee did not speak English and I do not speak Spanish. I decided that it wasn't worth arguing over since we can't talk to each other, so I handed him my credit card and he wrote down the numbers on a piece of paper. After that we texted the owner that we were charged a different price by his employee, and got no response, he basically fell off the face of the earth after the job was done. Not a huge deal, I was planning on tipping the guy anyway, I'm hoping that the price I was charged included the tip so I didn't stiff the guy based on a miscommunication from the owner. Having gotten up early and waited around all morning and then overcharged left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't go back to them, but at least they solved the problem on my car. read more
