When I purchased a new car, I immediately came back for a full front PPF and ceramic coating package. I was quoted a 2-day turnaround and promised regular updates, but communication quickly became inconsistent. After multiple delays, excuses, and missed deadlines, responsibility for my vehicle was passed between employees without clear communication. I was eventually offered a complimentary full-body PPF for the inconvenience, but despite agreeing on several deadlines, the work was never completed. One employee completely stopped responding to my calls and texts, and I later found out he was no longer with the company without my knowledge. At this point, my vehicle still does not have the promised PPF installed, the interior ceramic coating was never done, and the exterior ceramic coating wasn't even completed properly. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism throughout this process has completely destroyed my trust in the company. I'm honestly at a loss for words. UPDATE: Danny eventually got back in contact with me and finally completed the PPF work on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the quality of the install was terrible. I brought the car to multiple reputable PPF shops for inspection and received the same feedback from every single one. Several shops told me it was one of the worst PPF installations they had seen. They also pointed out that my clear coat is now lifting, and warned me that removing the PPF from my bumper will very likely peel the paint completely off, meaning I may now need to have my bumper repainted. After everything I went through with the delays, broken promises, lack of communication, and being completely ghosted, I'm now potentially dealing with paint damage caused by the improper installation itself. I have completely lost trust in this company and am extremely disappointed with how this entire situation was handled. I asked for a refund and he is purposely ignoring my messages, I don't think he realizes that I can see when he reads my messages. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!

Unfortunately, the product they are using is not professional grade. Within a relatively short period, I noticed significant issues -- hard water stains, swirl marks, and loss of the slick, protective finish. I followed proper wash techniques, so these problems weren't from neglect. When I returned to share my concerns, they offered a goodwill reapplication at no charge, which I appreciated. After learning the product being used I opted to get a paint decontamination and stripping of the old product to prep the vehicle for professional grade ceramic elsewhere. They agreed to decontaminate the vehicle to remove swirls and water marks throughout the vehicle, wash, and wax it. Upon pickup, the vehicle was spotless but the swirl and water marks remain. While I respect that they stood by their work and offered a redo, my recommendation to others would be to confirm exactly which ceramic coating is being applied and research its performance before committing. This shop is great for detailing but not ceramic coat or paint decontamination.

Where things started to slip was on the pickup side. I was told the car was ready, but still ended up waiting about 30-40 minutes before actually getting it. At checkout, I was also surprised to see a tip screen with suggested amounts that felt pretty high given the service. I ended up leaving a small tip, but the experience itself didn't really match that level of expectation. I also would have appreciated a quick walkthrough of the work that was done--especially at that price point--but it was more of a quick handoff of the keys. I came back for the 10-day follow-up and made a point to ask about timing ahead of time. I was told it would take about an hour. I arrived early, but after an hour the car hadn't been touched yet, and there wasn't any update unless I asked. That part was frustrating. So, they ended up rushing my 10-day follow-up inspection. Gave the car a quick rinse and handed me the keys. What was the point of driving down from Carlsbad??? Over 3 hours wasted. For comparison, I had a great experience at their Kearny Mesa location previously, so I know what they're capable of. This location is stretched thin, which seemed to impact communication and overall service. I was not the only customer in the lobby feeling this way. Given the type of clientele they're working with and the pricing, I was expecting a bit more consistency and attention to detail. Their follow-up consisted of more sales pitches of coupons for services I already had done. Would have been nice to have the discounts PRIOR to the work! I planned on using the wash program and mentioned to Jasmine my poor service experience. Think there was follow-up? Nada. So, thumbs "kind of" up for Ceramic Pro but thumbs down for this location. Overall, I think the company itself does good work, and have used the Kearny Mesa location in the past several times with excellent success!! I would not choose this location again.

There are too many other choices in San Diego County and this one needs to be avoided. It all starts with first impressions as a new customer. Even though the online booking time was convenient, the manager, Alex, clearly does not care about your business. There is a "comments" box in the online booking process that was completely ignored with my question. The detailer was late to my appointment. Time means money and they don't care about wasting your time. The work vehicle was trashed when it showed up. Dents all over the place, door molding hanging outside the door. Invest some money and take all those dents out. It gives a bad look like they don't care. Before the work was started I was verbally told it would be an extra $45 for all of the work with some stubborn stains. Okay I understood, the car's interior was quite dirty. After working four hours on the car, the stains are still there. None of the ones on the seats and the carpet floor were removed. He tried was his answer and then asked me how long have I had the car. How is that relevant for the work performed? It is none of their business. Training is an issue obviously. On their website they claim "superior customer experience." Not so much. "Real time updates" during the four hours did not happen once. "Follow up care with maintenance recommendations" was non existent. The recommendations given was to keep the windows down because it still was wet inside. They couldn't dry the vehicle first? Yeah keep the windows down so all the dust flies in - so smart of them. At the end of the appointment I requested an invoice for their work. No was their answer but if you pay by credit card and pay the 4%+ surcharge, we can do it for you. What? That makes no sense. Their other payment options are cash, Venmo or Zelle. For a company that is detailer certified I am disappointed. Yes they are certified - certified waste of time. Take your business elsewhere.

Enter Dr. Detail, and wow, what a difference. Booking was super easy, and they showed up exactly on time, literally 7:30 AM on the dot, just like they said. I even got updates so I knew exactly when to expect them. Even though I originally just needed the stucco removed, they went above and beyond and gave my whole car the full treatment, inside, outside, even under the hood. My engine was so clean you could eat off of it (not that I recommend it, but you could). My car's parked outside 24/7 and has some wear from sun and weather, but somehow Dr. Detail still managed to make it shine like new. I was seriously impressed. He was also super friendly, figured out a smart way to park on the street since we don't have a driveway, and was really considerate with the neighbors, he even made sure not to block trash cans. That level of care and attention really stood out. Overall, just a great experience, efficient, thoughtful, and really high quality work. Highly recommend!

My bf arranged a full detail for my car. Awesome Mobile came to my office and did the entire detail while I worked. They shampooed my cloth covered seats and scrubbed the weather-proof mats. They got every nook and cranny including the embedded dog fluff in the carpeted panels and in the corners of the windshield and rear windows. They buffed out small scratches all over my car and clayed the exterior as well. My mouth legitimately fell open when I saw my car...it looked brand new when they were done! I cannot wait to be able to afford their service again because my car could use a great service. They are pricey but it is so worth the money!

He cut me and other vehicles off getting the 805 with his little while car. He realized several of us were taking photos of him since he has his business information on his vehicle and phone number. He has no regard for others in the freeway and will cause an accident soon hurting someone or himself. If his ethics and ways of being are being revealed on how he drives and how he treats others in the freeway, makes me wonder if he is as good with his work ethics. Please leave early to wherever you are going and have regard for others in the freeway.

I'm not sure about their other products, but the bug screens are garbage! I declined their pitiful offer of $50 off a new one and told them I'd purchase from a company with a more durable product. These guys a great. I was about to give up on my toy hauler. When I bought it used I was impressed with the interior condition of the trailer. But the black exterior had a hazy look to it from sun damaged. I spent three full weekends with my kids trying to strip off the wax and recoating it. A total waste of about 40 hours of my time. It hazed up almost immediately. I called Robert from X-trem and in one day my ten year old trailer looks like brand new. It's REALLY makes a difference when someone knows what there doing. I was about to have the thing repainted and for a fraction of the price I can drive into a camp ground without having to feel like one of the Beverly Hillbillies'. read more

After seeing the final work done on Motorhomes at the Chula Vista Marina RV, I decided to hire these guys to restore my 2002 Alfa Seeya. Robert recommended that we remove the decals and then apply several coats of sealer. Wow, I have never seen my motorhome look so new. It shines like a fresh paint job. Robert had Jose do the job and I must say that I am impressed that there are still companies out there that do such quality work. Jose worked diligently from 7am to 9:30pm. I am a local dealer and trust me when I say you do not want to deal with this guy. He will promise the world and deliver 1/3 of what he promises. I spend 3500 dollars with him and not only did he do a terrible job, he painted my bumper on my RV and now will not return it. He keeps promising me he will bring it by and put it on for me. This was over a month ago!! so frustrating when owner Like Robert Morales just thinks its ok to ignore all my calls and text's I paid in full and want my bumper back.. really not that difficult. please pass the word on this guy needs to quit partying and start working! read more

We have a 30' 5th wheel which we have had for almost a year. We purchased used and knew there was fading/oxidation of the front cap, exterior sides and decals. wr don't know when it was washed/waxed previous to our purchase. For various reasons, we couldn't do the job so I contacted Xtreme Mobile Detailing. They scheduled me quickly and Jose came out to do the job. I'm very pleased how things turned out. The RV looks great and most of the decal oxidation was removed. I recommend Xtreme. I did compare prices with other detailers and Xtreme was reasonable and in a couple of cases, less expensive. read more

These guys are the BEST!! We used them to clean several vehicles and RVs that we take to Burning Man every year. In my experience there is no place in the world that presents a harder cleanup than burning man. Dust literally EVERYWHERE. By the time they finished detailing everything you would never be able to tell they went to the dustiest place on earth, or that they ever left the garage! Super reasonable pricing, amazing service. They came out on time and did a test area for me. They then gave me a qoute for the job. Everything was perfect. My boat looks like new and I could not be happier. I have used Robert and his crew to detail my 31' RV annually for the past four years. My RV is 10 years old, but it looks like new when they get finished. Last year I had them remove the now ratty decals and again did a great job. 5 stars isn't enough for the experience I had at Elite Finish this week…read more After getting sideswiped by a minivan last Saturday, I brought my VW GTI in on Monday hoping they could buff out the tire marks left on my car. The team got to work right away and gave it a real effort -- but in the process, they discovered something I never knew: my car (purchased brand new in 2019!) had apparently been repainted at some point before I bought it, which made the job much more complicated than a standard detail could handle. Rather than cut corners or give me a mediocre result, they were completely upfront with me and explained that an auto body shop would be better equipped to do the job right. They even recommended a nearby shop they trusted. Here's the part that really got me: after all that time and effort, they didn't charge me a single dollar. I was already stressed from the accident, and the kindness I was shown here genuinely made my day better. This is a team with real integrity -- they care more about doing right by their customers than making a quick buck. I'll be back for everything this place *can* handle, and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.

The owners are always accessible and Beverly has great customer service person to work with. One time, I was having major problems with one of my slide outs. A previous company charged me $2000 to "fix" the problem. It still persisted. RV Specialists looked at it and determined the problem was a $25 switch. The charged an additional $100 to identify and replace the switch.

They completely replaced the gel coat without any hesitation. Needless to say after I recently bought a new pickup, Leer was the first accessory place I called. they fixed me up with a really cool folding tonneaur cover and urethayne coating for the bed.
