He said contact the Fire Department and Columbia Gas Right Away and get them both out here. I would also contact an Attorney. I am so sorry that this Negligence happened to you all. I had no reason to go into the Furnace area to look because I don't know what I am looking at. I am not a HVAC Specialist so I wouldn't no. Contacted Over 25 Attorneys the Statutes of Limitations in Virginia is 2 Years. So there was nothing that an Attorney could do for us. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. BUYERS BEWARE. I HAVE REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO THE BBB. To get this repaired we had to pay another Company over $1,000 to fix this issue and we were without Heat & Hot Water for 2 Weeks. We had Our Air Ducts Cleaned Over $500.
