Returning to the dealership, all was forgiven and a marathon phone session ensued between me, Street Cycles, my bank, and my insurance company. After struggling through paperwork and numbers and registrations and so-forth, everything was settled I knew I was going to buy the bike before I showed up, and maybe they sensed that, but it was really easy to do business with them, like falling off a log. He never called either of us back. Not once. We each called 4-5 times and were promised a call back. I grew up with BMW motorcycles and have ridden my whole life. Duane was incapable of doing either of us the courtesy of calling back and simply letting us know that Street Cycle was not able to store or ultimately repair my motorcycle. Very disappointing.
