They had already checked on my insurance coverage, which takes a load off our minds right away. The optometrist, was amazing, and friendly! I could tell when I walked in people feel comfortable and cared for there. She took a full hour with me and explained different procedures with me, such as cataracts, contacts, bi- focals, eyelid correction& answered all my questions! Coming from a background where my brother Dr Dale Van Dyke, was always our family optometrist! I had moved back to Grandville and he was retired, so I tried the fast paced eye care places,like RX OPTICAL, etc...only to find rushed , and assembly line care. It was difficult to get answers and the followup I needed. I will follow up on this, later this year. Thank you WOODBRIDGE for being in Grandville! I have dual insurance and she seemed annoyed because it would cause her to contact the insurance companies, which she wasn't fond of doing. Today I called and was informed that there is no order, no paperwork, no anything of my eyeglass order. She just dismissed the order because it made her more work, even though it is her job. Absolutely horrible service. They also did not acknowledge my secondary insurance towards the co-pay of the eye exam, and I am not getting reimbursed for that.

The front desk person looked up my account. Maria never put any notes in on them. So the desk person went to look in my file. Maria NEVER SENT THEM OUT! They sat there the whole time. So now they sent them out. So later I got the L eye contact back, but NOT THE R EYE. Which NEVER SHOULD HAVE GONE OUT IN THE FIRST PLACE!
