Awesome glasses ... got everything right ... except who the heck decided where toset the segment height for the reading adjustment?!? The otherwise PERFECT glasses, are relatively useless as my chin has to be pointing to the heavens to focus on anything close with the progressive bifocals. Needless to say not appropriate for safety glasses! Customer Service was of no service and only "hid" behind their company policies ... and I evidently even spoke to a supervisor. Their only offer was for me to pay for a remake. When I asked what I could have done differently - or even how to make sure things were done right a second time - they were everything but convincing. Left a horrible impression in what was otherwise an awesome product. Can NOT recommend esp if you need any reading prescription in your lenses! read more

RX-Safety has been my go-to store for prescription safety glasses and sunglasses. My first pair of RX glasses were Wiley-X Saber shooting glasses with RX inserts. After I placed the order, I received a call from one of their reps to confirm my selection of lenses because they had some issues in the past where customers would select conflicting options that made the glasses more difficult to work with. The rep walked me through the selection process just to be sure I would be receiving what I wanted. Less than a week later, I had my new glasses and they were awesome! Beware of RX Safety! I ordered frameless prescription glasses, as confirmed by their agent (recorder by a screenshot), but received ugly framed lenses instead. To add insult to injury, they expect me to ship the incorrect glasses back at my own expense, despite the high cost of international shipping. This is a clear bad faith tactic to dodge their responsibilities. Their conduct is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I order the RX safety glasses for our company. We order somewhere around 40 - 50 pairs a year. We may have an issue with one order being off a bit. The people at RX-Safety are quick to address the problem and remake the lenses. Even if it was my fault in taking a measurement. I order my motorcycle riding sunglasses through the RX Safety web site. It has a large selection of styles. I wear bifocals as well, and never had a problem. The site is easy to use, and arrival of glasses is usually within 2 weeks. Can't beat he prices. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMANY!! They made Rx safety glasses for me. The inserts do not fit properly in the frames. So I sent them back. They claimed that there is nothing wrong with them and refused a refund. read more
