We ordered a Samsung washer on line and XPO delivered and installed it for us. We tried to order it from a local store we have been use to dealing with, but they said the washer was out of stock and did not know when they would have another one in stock. Well, lost sale there. I went on line and found that Samsung would ship and deliver the unit within 4 days, at the same cost as the retail store and also a newer model. Shipping was FREE and installation was $25. Retail store wanted $75 for installation. XPO called ahead of time, was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. They moved the old washer to the garage, separated the top and bottom, and made sure the new water hoses, which came with the washer, were not leaking. Oh, retail store wanted an additional $25 for hoses. Very satisfied with the XPO service. read more

Very smooth delivery, the men were very courteous and put the box where I requested. just wish the communication had been better when the item was lost in their system. It was originally supposed to be delivered March 30, ended up being delivered April 8. Amazon's communication was the worst, but nobody from either company contacted me, I had to keep calling around to try to find it, it got lost somewhere in Jacksonville, up until April 7th, Amazon site kept saying it still could be delivered March 30! I blame Amazon more for the lack of communication. read more

Two delivery men, Charles and Howard, delivered a suite of appliances that we had ordered from Samsung. We had a refrigerator, a stove/ oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a washer and dryer. They delivered all of these appliances, installed them and took away the trash and the old ones that we didn't want. They were amazing. The delivery of the furnute was in-house delivery meaning that they placed the furniture in the room where it goes, rather than the doorstep. It cost a little more, but definitely worth it! The guys were professional and very fast. It was only a couple minutes to get the furniture from the truck into the house. I ordered a generator from Amazon, and XPO was handling the delivery. I was notified at each step of the movement of the delivery. Final delivery was scheduled for a day, narrowed down to a three- hour window the day before, and I was notified by phone and text when they were 30 minutes away. Even had to unpackage one of the corner cabinets to get it through the door, and worked it like puzzle to get it through.
