The delivery crew was professional. Dryer is awesome and works fine. However the dryer hose is too long. Was told that was the only size used and they do not cut them. I had to buy another hose the size needed for the space and pay to have it installed. Advice: Check before team leave and Do Not let them install if they do not have the proper equipment. read more

Please do no use this company they are criminals and incompetent employees working here. On two occasions they have gotten my order wrong. Once they called my cousin to deliver a package that was supposedly for me, Only to find out that it was not intended for me. They took my time and when I questioned them they discovered it was an error. Then today i was waiting for my treadmill and sat home during timeframe. Not only did they not come but they also lied and said they came to my house which is a lie because the camera does not show them. XPO did an awesome job delivering my sofa! They contacted me 30 minutes before arrival to make sure I was available, and I really appreciated that! Both delivery men were very kind and they made sure to keep their mask on the entire time. They were also very careful with my sofa, and made sure not to damage it while removing it from the truck! Everything was perfect, they did the setup, and carried away the old mattresses. XPO does a great job, of local delivery, and setup for national companies that don't have local personnel. read more

Xpo dropped our 18k , 48" subzero , after we told them we wanted it inspected and might want it repaired, they threw it on top of a trash pile in the Houston warehouse causing additional damage They lied about " losing " it for days and legal department appears to have limited the ability for local managers to make this right . Awful experience. my washer and dryer delivery was missing the dryer and not able to install the washer because they didn't bring the hoses. Was promised would be done on the next delivery when the rest came- and of course the delivery driver had no knowledge, no hoses and refused to help resolve. now still not installed!! The worst customer service! I'm still waiting for a call back from 2 days ago! I did what I was asked and emailed customer care. THE MOST HORRIBLE COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH MY ENTIRE ADULT LIFE!!! I had a delivery schedule for 12-27 4p-8pm NO one called and No one showed up. I called at 7:45pm the customer service lady stated I was listed as home owner not home! I said that's a lie, I couldn't even reschedule the order until the material arrives back to a HUB! on 12-29 a whole day later we schedule it for 12-30 4pm to 8pm I called at 4pm and the customer service rep stated I'm on schedule for a delivery today NO ONE CAME AGAIN!!!! At this point I'm so livid these same people can't do there job I have cameras all around my house no one even came to my house!! So now 12-31 they want to reschedule me for the 3rd damn time!!!!! I don't know how many times i called and wrote reviews on RXO website to have someone call Me!! AT THIS POINT IM CALLING SAMS THE PLACE I ORDERED MY WASHER N DRYER TO CANCEL!! The delivery service was absolutely horrible. Originally set for the 19th, it got scheduled for the 21st when they canceled after their 4h delivery window has expired. No apology or explanation just a text to reschedule. Since it was the holidays we didn't make a fuss and pushed it to the 27th that was their next available. When they confirmed the morning off to be delivered from 1-5 and again at 6pm with no notice canceled again. We called and a guy named Elmer said he couldn't get it delivered nor tell us when it could be delivered because it was in the truck and needed to be re scaned. Said he would email his manager and copy us and never did. Eventually got scheduled for the 30th 11-3. They call at 2 to say it was an hour late so 4pm so we left at 230 to buy lunch. They call to say they were there and that they only wait 5 min so we had to rushed back home. If you have an option I would recommend using a more reliable or at least empathetic service read more

2 guys came and both were great. Installed microwave in five minutes and the stove in about the same. There were a couple of issues with the existing equipment that they just fixed with no problems. My experience with RXO delivery and set-up of our new Samsung dryer has been very challenging, frustrating, and disappointing. I am a Sam's Plus customer. The deal was for the dryer, delivery with all additional items needed for installation, actual installation AND haul away of the old dryer. We were notified that the dryer would be here 6-9-23 and the haul away would be done the same day. They arrived as scheduled and carried out the old(still functional drier) and loaded it on the truck. They then brought the "new" dryer in and installed it. He turned on the NEW DRYER and the LOUD noise was unbearable. He quickly turned it off and said it was defective & this happens "often." He advised us to get another type of dryer. He declined to bring out old dryer back into our house, saying we would get the new machine on Saturday. This was NOT true. Since that time we have been on the phone trying to get help to get our dryer. From not being able to get us one and the other removed, I kept getting the run-around that the new delivery & pickup of the "never worked machine" would not be done at the same time. We went through several different people, including a resolution specialist, who appeared to work it all out. However we were later notified that was NOT the case. We were back to having delivery of the new dryer and pickup of the defective machine on different days. I will NEVER USE RXO for delivery/setup again!! I will NEVER BUY ONLINE FROM SAMS AGAIN!! I would like to rate RXO as a NEGATIVE 10 stars. I have never written such a review as this and hope that it is my last time to feel this much disgust towards an organization. read more

These guys delivered a refrigerator for us. They damaged our door decorations and didn't even mention it to us instead of just asking us to move it then they refused to move our old fridge outside since we actually wanted to keep it. This week (8-1-22) a short circuit in our 12-yr old dryer's control board caused a small fire that was luckily contained to the dryer enclosure. We looked for reasonably priced replacements and found the models we wanted, but the fastest delivery date we found (after checking all the major appliance stores) was late September. We ordered direct from Samsung because they advertised a deliver date of 8-4-22. Well, the delivery crew showed up around noon today (8-4-22), unloaded and installed the new washer and dryer, tested them and then hauled off the old set and the packing materials from the new set. The guys answered every question we had and took the time to explain every step of the installation process. They were professional, patient and friendly. I was able to set up my own delivery date and I chose a Saturday when I knew that my grown kids would be at the house as well as my husband because we had moved the other mattress behind the couch because we had gotten a temporary mattress until we got the new one so I had them here for them to move the furniture so that they delivery guys could easily just take the old mattress without having to struggle or do any extra work. When the gave me the 30 minute courtesy call I had asked them if the new mattress was wrapped in plastic and they said yes and I requested for them to please keep in on because we still have the temporary mattress on the frame. They did leave it on for me and just had to take the old one, slide the new one into the hallway so that we could swap them out at our own convenience. We made their job very easy and they were in and out in about 5 minutes. They were very polite, friendly and courteous. I also got a phone call on Friday letting me know that they could be here Saturday, which was a week earlier than I had set up and I thought that was great. read more

The delivery by XPO was great. Unfortunately Samsung customer service is not so great. We ordered 3 appliances. First, delivered on time without problem. Third is on back order. Second, a microwave, arrived with a busted out glass front. Redelivery arrived quickly but only involved drop off. Wish I could leave less than one star. They do not read notes and requests because they have came out twice and said "management wanted to make sure this was a 4 person job versus a 2 person job" well it's been rescheduled twice and the notes indicate it is a four person delivery. I've taken off work twice and will have to take off another day to meet them yet again for them to deliver my fridge. I've lost two batches of groceries because they can't seem to read the notes properly. They keep blaming Lowe's and the manager at XPO is not helping as he just says it is not their fault and to call Lowe's. read more

My order did arrive about 45 minutes after delivery window of 1 to 5. I have updated my rating from 1 to 3 because of the personal who delivered the equipment. The two gentlemen were professional and respectful. I very much appreciate that. It must be difficult to smile in this summer Houston heat while delivering items. Especially when there are questions with the package (nothing to do with XPO). I had to reject the delivery...., not having the best of luck with this "at home gym equipment". Excellent service once XPO arrived at my home. Hopefully, things go better with the delivery window on re-delivery. Just wish XPO could have sent a simple text saying they were running behind and they cannot make delivery window. A simple thing like that would be helpful. read more
