The process of getting an appointment was easy, the pre appointment paperwork was awesome. I knew exactly what would happen before I went, which was super helpful. Day of, everyone was nice on my way in. Lots of pictures and shockingly I needed a root canal, actually two. Unfortunately the doctor only does one at a time so I'm not done yet. But he did a good job, I guess. I felt nothing, and didn't even need any pain killers. Nice work. On my way out, it felt a bit off. The receptionist lost a bit of patience (it seemed) when I was trying to set up another appointment. I work, so my availability kinda is wonky and I'm stuck with this lump on the back of my tooth (temporary filling) for two additional weeks until I can get the second filling. To be honest, my tongue is already raw from rubbing against the filling on the one tooth that's been done. So yes, I really want to get in sooner and maybe she had a long day, bit it felt like she wasn't interested in trying to get me in sooner. They did however give me a little gift bag, with water and chocolate and Advil. That was neat. Obviously I'll be back l, so it was a good experience overall. Normally I'd suggest a business I've given a positive review too, however I don't want anyone to have a root canal.... I'm so torn!

I was informed by the receptionist that a 3D xray will need to be taken that will not be covered by my insurance. Good to know that in advanced. Dr. Rivero was caring, empathetic and thorough. I went back for the procedure two days after the initial visit and I can't remember a thing! Not remembering the procedure and just waking up with no more pain is how I want all my dental visits to be. I would never wish root canal on anyone, but if you ever needed one, I highly recommend Dr. Rivero and her team!

This office is clean, Gaylen has assisted helpfully at front desk thus far, scheduling is easy, and the actual procedure was prompt. The five stars goes to the teamwork of Suha and Dr. Shin. Providing a review to specifically emphasize how impressed I was with their teamwork. As a patient, I really appreciate having a pair of people who easily work together, and provide comfort to the experience. Suha naturally is a comforting person, and Dr Shin appears to know his stuff, and quickly execute. Although my case seems particularly hard to reach, they ensured me all was good for the future, and the office will see me in 8 ish months to ensure all is looking good. (Included in price of procedure) I hope to find additionally that my insurance does cover some of the cost. However am waiting to see how that portion plays out.

My dentist provided scan, yet they claim, every time, that is not enough, then they bill you $180 for the scan that they know (in network) insurance won't cover, without proper disclosure. They obviously know this based on prior reviews, yet they keep doing it. I insisted not to be scanned again as I have been scammed before with dental scans...plus radiation and my primary dentist had sent scans. They alway state "this is what we HAVE TO have" so they can get more money. Great Dentist like Dr Ashley should work for better more professional practice! As a testament to Dr. El-Bahr's skill, my tooth had no pain after my root canal (both times). As a surgeon myself, I can recognize surgical skill.
