I had braces when I was a teenager and now he was suggesting them again because of one sore spot in my mouth? After the appt they billed my old insurance, so I had to call them about that, and then they billed me for a no-show from three months prior, although I had left them a voice mail saying I needed to cancel. I called them to explain this but kept getting bills for the no-show months later. Kept calling them and emailing them about it, and the no-show bill kept coming. It took months to resolve. Extremely frustrating.

During the procedure she cut my mouth as her tool slipped. 2 weeks later I experienced pain and went back to my previous dentist, who examined the work done and informed me Dr. Thulasi Muppuru had done a terrible job on the replacement fillings and had left a gap between my teeth. I now have to pay to get the work redone and insurance will not cover this as they tell me these teeth have already had work done on them. I will be out of pocket. My strong advice is NOT to use this dentist or practice.

I'm not looking forward to getting my teeth tabs removed but I'm sure with the technicians help I'll get through it.
