Moved up to the area a few years ago and had been searching for the right dental office for my family-- with no luck until now. So happy to have found Dr. Higgins! The office was immaculately clean ( yay!) with modern technology. Dr. Higgins and staff were super friendly. The best part is that I was given my treatment options without feeling a lot of "high pressure" sales stuff like I had gotten in other offices. I could tell they were more concerned about treating my health-- - and not adding a bunch of extra stuff I didn't need or want. My kids loved the office and waiting in the kids "activity" room, too! I too wish I could give Dr. Higgins and his staff more than 5 stars. I had traumatic experiences with dentists usually involving shame or unnecessary expensive procedures. Dr. Higgins went out of his way to make feel comfortable and relaxed. His staff was not condescending but warm, friendly and very respectful. I need extensive work however, Dr. Higgins suggested an excellent and moderate course of treatment. I have no doubt he is looking out for my best interest and health. After so many bad experiences, I cannot fully express how much it meant to me to have such a positive experience with a dentist when one comes with so many problems. I left Dr. Higgins' office and almost cried because for the first time in my life, a dentist actually make a few positive comments about my teeth/gums. It may be have been a small thing, but to me it was HUGE! I cannot recommend Dr. Higgins more fully to anyone, young, old, older. especially someone with less than perfect teeth...problem teeth... he can truly restore your smile and self esteem. read more

Dr RYAN HIGGIN'S and his staff have proven to be the best dentist our family has ever visited. He was really great with our teenagers. I had two crowns done in a SHORT time period using State of the art equipment. ZERO PAIN! Relaxing atmosphere and the dental assistants were very caring and professional. Dr. Higgins explains EVERYTHING from your X-ray results to any follow up procedures. He is very personable as was his staff. Must admit that Dr Higgins fees are VERY reasonable, his staff explains your treatment plan in detail. Like most people going to the Dentist is not my favorite place to be, but I've complete changed my opinion now of "the dentist." Great dentist, great staff, great office! My first time here recently for a cleaning and it was very pleasant, not like at other offices in town where you can't get out fast enough. The room used for my cleaning had floor to ceiling windows and a very nice view of the woods outside and my chair had a built in massage unit that was turned on for me. Who would have thought a cleaning would be so nice? Also, free bottled water, K-cup coffee and a goody bag to take home afterwards, very nice. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but going here is actually a nice experience. Oh yeah, my teeth cleaning job was excellent as well. read more

My wife and I recently became patients of Dr. Higgins. I had four 50 year old silver fillings replaced. My wife received a new crown. My new fillings are completely comfortable. My wife's new crown was completed all in one short visit. She did not have to get a temporary crown, as it was fabricated on the latest high tech equipment during the appointment. There was no pain at all, even after the novocaine wore off. Both of us feel that our bites are very comfortable after the work. Dr Higgins staff are very professional. This office is SUPERB! From my phone call in to the end of my appointment, it was MORE than a pleasant experience! The office is gorgeous, not your typical dentist office with 80's wallpaper! They have great big windows through the whole office that look out to the creek and trees! The music is great, no jazz or soft rock! They even have water and coffee in the waiting room! The best part is defiantly the MESSAGE CHAIRS! The front desk girl (Teresa, I think) was so friendly on the phone, even more so in person! When it came time for the work to be done, she came in personally explained everything from the work to the financial part in REAL terms, no hidden agenda, no up selling; just honesty. Dr. Higgins is young, but don't let that put you off! He is VERY knowledgeable and oh so gentle! I didn't even feel him giving me the shot of nova-cane! Before we got started he explained every step and took his time making sure I was ok. He is very accommodating, if I needed a break during the work I just raised my hand and we stopped.
