He responded to emails within the day. 3) Adaptable and accommodating. In the beginning he told us his working days and times. It did not really work well with my husband and my schedule. After we talked to him, he was super flexible and worked around our schedule. He was always willing to go out of his way to accommodate our needs. Also, there were specific things that I was very particular about in regards to each house. He did his homework and found out the answers to the houses we were interested in. 4) Professional , Attentive, and knowledgeable. Ryan definitely knows the system of real estate. He advised us on what we should do in numerous situations in trying to get a house. He knows how to talk to the other realtor's and owner's well. He has great conversation skills. As a newbie to this whole real estate thing, Ryan was the best resource and advocate I could have hoped for. We chanced upon him through a walking tour of downtown real estate and boy oh boy were my friend and i impressed - we both ended up purchasing our first homes a few months from each other! 1. Ryan was perfect to work with and made EVERYTHING about the process easy to understand; which is a high hurdle to overcome for the first-time home buyer. We stumbled upon Ryan randomly as we were searching for real estate from CT as the military was moving me to San Diego. We saw one of his listings and after calling him, we fell in love with his demeanor. After we initially spoke with him, I noticed that there was a program that I could utilize whereby we would receive money back if we chose certain agents.
