It is a busy location. But they always deliver customer service to customers. I over hear their conversations while in line and it's always about good service. I have been coming here for about 4-5 years, and although they recognize me when I come in, they still ask for my ID to verify and I appreciate that. I travel often so if I need to extend my package pick up by a couple days they always help me out. And because of that when I have to pay for any delivery services I make sure to come to this location. They are patient and efficient.
