The reason I say almost is the only reason I had to take off a star. Our last experience at the deli, yesterday, was delicious BUT super slow. We've both worked food service before and understand what happens when there's so many orders and so little staff. But a lot of the reason it took 35-40 minutes total for us to receive 1 sub and 1 wrap was because the gentleman making our food had to leave the station at the request of every single ingredient to restock because the stations were next to empty (onions, lettuce, cheese, etc.) and had little to no urgency when doing so. Maybe a rough day, I get it. We're all human here. What I don't really get is the lack of support for him. As the line was growing, another gentleman put multiple mobile orders in front of him and proceeded to neither at least try to help nor reach out to anyone else who wasn't busy for help. As a consumer, of course my perspective is never as accurate, but it seemed to me like there were multiple people who could have jumped in. Now we'll definitely be back. My husband had the chicken, bacon, ranch sub and enjoyed it. He saved the other half of the sandwich and ate it the next day and said it was just as good on day 2. The store was clean and organized. The first piece I picked up (see picture) didn't have any meat left on it; it had been fried off. I came back to let them know. I took the single piece of burnt crust and bones in and spoke to the young girl behind the manager's desk. She was dismissive, offered no apology, and no remedy.
