This happened on July 29 around 13:35. Pamela made derogatory comments about my father, who is an elderly gentleman, simply because he does not speak English fluently. She said that if he doesn't speak English he shouldn't come to the store or at least he should have somebody with him that is fluent in English in order to make her life easier. Later, over the phone, I told her that was a rude comment to make to a customer but she ignored my concern. Because of time constraints, we used the service of this company, but we will not return. I would rather drive 10 extra minutes to have this service provided by someone else, than to hand my money to someone who makes horrible and ignorant comments.

They even called me the day before my reservation to confirm the time that I would be coming, which made me worry less about a truck not actually being there (something that has happened to me at two other truck-rental businesses). My only, small complaint is that the truck was marked as having a full tank of gas when it turned out not to. When I refilled the tank at the end of my trip, I definitely replaced the gas that I used and then some. It wasn't so much money that it was worth disputing -- and I should've been more thorough myself when checking that paperwork -- but I recommend double-checking the fuel gauge when you get in the cab at first.

This review is only in regard to the U-Haul rental service. The photo here shows a small grocery…read morestore as it was at that time. Its now some kind of "smoke shop" as the sign on the door says. This is important as if like me, you see these U-Hauls and suddenly need one you don't know which business to go into as it doesn't say anything about U-Haul on the door, at least as far as I saw. I had to wait about 15 minutes to get the truck with the line that was there. I was the only one renting a truck at that moment. They had 4 10ft cargo trucks available and they were in good condition and clean. Some rental places give you a truck full of gas and expect you to return it full. This one just notes the tank level before and after and calculates your fuel charge based on mileage. This is of course, above the $19.99 quoted rate which is normal. They did take my cell number and email information. When I returned the truck about an hour later, the same guy was trying to purchase cell phones at the counter. The owner graciously allowed me to drop the keys off and he would email me the receipt. I appreciated this and did get my email receipt in about another hour. All in all, I got what I needed at a fair price and will use them again (for their truck rental only)

Pricing for the trailer (and some hitch accessories I knew we'd need) is very reasonable. Easy to schedule, easy to reschedule. Plenty of packing supplies, etc., inside. Huge storage facility (used to be a hotel) attached. Plenty of parking, easy access off 71 or Morse. Can't turn left out the entrance, so you have to go around the back corner of the building. Pick up and drop off were easy, staff were friendly and helpful. Trailer got the job done.
