My boyfriend spoke to support trying to get it fixed, and they told him they will correct the charge once it's returned. Now that it is returned they charge us a fee for "returning to the wrong location" $200!!! Seriously think about renting from UHaul because they do not care about you they will take all the money they can get.

I talked to the location manager and worked out our issues. Later took my machine back for service was told it would be $180 when I looked at my invoice they charged me $250. The service "manager" slandered me and my equipment saying my skid steer with only 800 hours was basically worthless. So I beg the question why would anyone buy a $80,000 skid steer if when it has 800 hours it's worthless? I wouldn't recommend them at all, stay clear of this location this in my opinion. The Novi branch is more than happy to help and if there's issues they're up front.

Asked if I wanted them to call around to other locations an hour away to find a truck I said yes but would they credit me the .79 cents a mile charge to drive 2 more hours? Never heard back. Went with competitor Penske which was about half the price and easy customer service, got the truck just fine. A simple in-town move made more difficult by Enterprise and cheaper/easier by Penske.
