Some were requesting outrageous amounts ahead of time most were saying I would have to wait until Monday or Tuesday the following week. Some were treating my situation as an ability to upsell me with other services knowing that they were not industrial roll up door technicians (be aware of that too) 1 company wasted 3 hrs & $600 of my time & money to leave me with out an ability to close my roll up door at 8pm on a Friday night with a warehouse / store full of inventory. Needless to say I was scared, rattled, alone & vulnerable and it was getting dark I came across Frank's Garage Door Oakley Frank & Gianna They answered! Gianna & Frank were in their truck coming out from having dinner. They heard what was happening and came over within the hour. By the time they came it was already past 9:00pm approaching 10:00pm. They knew the situation & the homeless encampment becoming active and also me having an unfriendly neighbor watching where others left they stayed & Frank knew exactly how to fix this and make it operable without making me feel like I needed to spend $10-20k on a new Industrial roll up door system because I was a business I was devastated, exhausted and in a state of shock after all the issues listed. He suggested a reasonable price for a broken spring replacement, which I accepted, and when he began working noticed some wear and tear on a few other parts (2 bottom brackets and 2 fraying cables) which cost a little bit more, but not too much more, so I accepted those charges as well. I might be calling him back for routine maintenance once a year since I trust his and his son's workmanship.
