Worthless. I spent over $2k on a system that I can't even identify my own wife on the playback. I asked for help. I wasn't sure if I was running the system correctly. They sent a nubi who gave me nothing. I was charged $89 for nothing of value. Normal imaging is based on 24 frames per second. Some of the cameras are at 12 FPS, and I cannot adjust to a faster speed. Suggestion: Go to Best Buy and tell them what you are looking for. Another option is to go online. This is three years in the making. I tried. This business is the bottom of the barrel. I would rather give a 0 rating. The owner, Ronny, knew I was not satisfied, but he did nothing unless I forked over another $89. Whatever he says in response to this review, I'm not buying. I'm a senior. This guy duped me. Ronny installed 16 cameras two years ago in our barn so I can monitor our horses. Cameras were not positioned properly. I cannot even see some stalls. I've had problems connecting since install. Ronny came out once and fixed nothing. He stopped answering my calls. We had another company out to see what can be done since there is no connection for over 5 months now. New company says we have very low quality cameras and equipment, when we were sold "top of the line". Very unhappy and do not recommend. Surprised by the favorable reviews. We called and spoke to a receptionist and was told that Ronny would be giving us a call later in the day. Sure enough Ronny called and we set a time for him to come out to give us an estimate for the 7 cameras we wanted to install. We said that we wanted to be able to see the whites of peoples eyes, so the top of the line cameras is what we wanted. The following day Ronny emailed us with the estimate. We then set a date for them to be installed. His crew arrived and started working. I have to say they were very friendly and professional. Called them for a quote after Eagle Sentry wanted more than originally quoted in their estimate. They came out, gave me their estimate, which was ONE THIRD of what Eagle wanted (and still HALF of what Eagle originally told me but then raised at the last minute). I arranged to have them do the job, and they showed up on time and got the job done in about 6 hours. Installed a full camera system for me that I bought before hand. Never had any issues with them not wanting to install a system I bought or anything. They did good work, and everything was installed well as far as I can tell. They made sure everything was angled where I wanted it, and even went above and beyond and painted the small amount of conduit and such that I needed for specific install locations so that I would not have to do it later. Bottom line was they did the job for an excellent price, did solid work and got the job done on time, plus they followed up and acted like they wanted the work, which is more than I can say for other companies. read more

First off let me say I am a stickler when it comes to customer service. There were a couple of emails that weren't answered correctly or as expeditiously as I would like. Most of the communication was really good though and fast. It was just some that wasn't up to par. they were busy with a big job, so for that I give them a 4.5 out of 5 stars. One issue was the installers busted a water pipe when they drilled into the wall. I don't blame the installers. Things happen and they were able to fix the pipe and make things right. Even though this was an inconvenience, the fact that they made it right I give them a 5/5 stars. Estimate: I requested a quote on Yelp and Ronny the owner contacted me personally to setup an estimate and he was here in time (I keep track of everything. If they are late it is a bad sign). I told Ronny what I would like and he gave me his professional opinion which made sense. He was very confident in how he was going to wired the cameras and within maybe 15 minutes he had a plan laid out. He didn't give me an estimate on the spot which I was ok with. I had another security camera company come out on the same day after him, that company quoted me $5000 for the six camera and the camera were 6mp smh. Ronny email me the quote later that day or the next for 6 8mp camera, nvr, and install for $3000. There were some companies that were quoting $6000 to $10,000. Pricing is 5/5 stars The image quality is stunning. I don't know if it is full 4K but it is amazing. I like watch the security camera because how clear and crisp the image is. Camera is 5/5 stars Ronny's guys installed the camera on the soffit/overhang and they are super inconspicuous and hard to see. They blend in with the house for the most part. The guys came out as scheduled and installed wired hikvision cameras which works great and explained how it all works. If i could give them zero stars I would. Dishonest and shady. No prices no quote given to us or the home owner who called. They charged my credit card that was for security deposit. We were waiting for the home owner, she was not there yet and she was going to pay for the services. They finished before she got there, she had call them to help, we were helping her out. But they charged our card for the services over $600 for a single key door handle lock, Not even a dead bolt! What a dishonest business! The lock smith was there a total of 10 minuets and was there in 10 minuets so did not travel far. I expected the charges would be $150 or so but $600! Really. Just wanted to confirm our estimate for tomorrow between 9-10am. If you're looking for professional, timely and well thought out closed circut video surveillance - call In The Sky. My husband and I made the (common) mistake of installing our own wireless cameras a few years back, and it was an absolute waste of our time and money, the cameras burn out in this Vegas heat, they have horrible picture quality, and they caused problems with our internet due to the amount of bandwidth. I called a number of companies for estimates. Many required residential installation to have a monthly monitoring fee, but those who didn't I explained what we were initially looking for, and to schedule estimates. In The Sky was actually the first company I scheduled with. I called at 11 in the morning, on a Wednesday, and my call was immediately answered by Ronny. He checked his schedule, and he and Tommy said they would come at 2pm that afternoon. Not only did they come, but they called that they could be half an hour earlier. Three other companies I called the same day said they would call me back to schedule. When Ronny & Tommy arrived they took the time to listen to what our needs were, and were very thorough as we went through our home (2 story) and property. They spent nearly 45 minutes with me here. I had some concerns when they left based on Tommy's initial thoughts of how we could run the 4 cameras. So when we received the written estimate on Friday, I shared the concerns via email with Ronny and he arranged to have another tech, Aaron come to our house on Saturday. I can't praise Aaron enough. After a full day, he came out on a Saturday at 5pm and he did another complete walk through and was able to find an alternative, workable wiring solution for the set up we needed. Now in this time - 2 of the other 3 companies never returned our call for an estimate, 1 called and said flippantly - "lady, so I don't waste my time or yours...it would be a minimum of $2500 for 3 cameras, so call me back if you think you're interested". Well there's a way to lose my business! In the Sky quoted $1150 (plus tax) for a complete HD 4 camera system with labor. One of our questions had been if they would offer a cash discount, and Ronny removed the $61 tax. Back to Aaron's visit on Saturday. He was able to alleviate our initial wiring concerns to our satisfaction. Because of our schedules, we had asked if Sunday installation was an option, needless to say - In The Sky made sure we were accommodated. Aaron and Tommy arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m. the very next day. Our installation went very smoothly. Our entire installation took approximately 7 hours, and we were all set with CCTV Surveillance. We had purchased a 2nd modem for our DVR so it could be installed in a more convenient wiring location, but could not attach it to our Cox account until Monday, so Aaron returned on Wednesday afternoon (based on what was convenient for my schedule) to wrap up our remote access. We are VERY pleased with our decision to have In The Sky handle this job, and highly recommend them! read more
