I started going to Redzone a couple of months ago and have really enjoyed it. The workout is intense, though you can go at your own pace and slow down if you need to. There is no wasted time going between exercises and everything is very organized and set up for you. I feel like it maximizes the results of my workout time by combining cardio and weights as well as medicine balls, step exercises, rowers etc but you don't do anything long enough to get really tired of it. The workouts are all different too and definitely challenging and it helps me to see the heart rate monitors to know how hard I'm pushing myself. The trainers are fun and encouraging and try to make sure you are doing everything correctly. I love the early morning classes (not so much the getting up and getting there but definitely enjoy it when I've had already had a good workout and the sun is just coming up!). I was never really interested in working out. Way back when I had a gym membership I barely used it and when I did I was on the elliptical and maybe the bike and that was that. As I've been getting older my body was starting to change, in a way that I was not comfortable with. I was introduced to RZone by a friend and to say I love it is an understatement. If I could go everyday I would. It's only been 2 months, and there is a noticeable difference, I feel better about my body and myself. I love the classes are small and that there is a trainer there to motivate you and tell if you are doing something wrong. The trainers are great. I'm glad I joined!!!!!!!!!!! Joining RedZone Fitness changed my life. Before RZ, I don't remember a time when I looked forward to working out & eating healthy. I think it's because I never found a diet or workout routine I could stick with that could deliver results and then keep me coming back for more. It's been 9 months since I signed up. I noticed changes in my body immediately even though the scale wouldn't budge. I became stronger and more toned. I've been going to RZone for about a month now and I'm loving it! I've always been one to exercise but after taking some time off it was very hard for me to get back to a exercise routine so when I saw an advertisement on FB about R Zone I wanted to give it a try. Since joining RZone, I have had all the motivation that I needed to commit to a routine. The exercises can be a little challenging but are definitely doable. The trainers are great too and are extremely helpful to answer any questions you may have and guide you through the workouts to make sure you doing them correctly. RedZone Fitness is a very welcoming non-judgmental women only gym with friendly owners, excellent trainers and highly effective workouts! They divide the class into zones varying the workouts every day - no class is a repeat of a previous one. I love to go there because I know I will always have a GREAT exercise class and will enter in the heart rate monitored fat burning zone! Really been impressed with this place. I go to the Pinecrest location. The service is top-notch. People are so friendly and welcoming. Technology makes it very easy to schedule classes. Lots of class times to choose from. Flexible payment options - unlimited plans as well as class cards. No high-pressure sales techniques. The workouts are really good - 50 mins goes SO fast. Not boring at all. I injured my leg in a race a few weeks ago and trainer, José, has been really good in modifying the exercises for me while I heal. Red Zone is the best! It is so hard to find a gym that you love everything about, but Red Zone is THE place for me. I like working out at RZ because it is where I don't need to think about my workout routine. You don't have to think about what kind of workout to do, what music to listen to while working out. I just go to RZ and get a full-body intense workout in under 60 minutes. The coaches, (especially José!!) are very knowledgeable and encouraging! They teach you the proper posture, and working out with other ladies will motivate you a lot. read more

I am a newbie to exercising and all the instructors have made me feel welcomed. They seem to be cheering me on. Although I can't keep up YET with the rest of the ladies, no one has made me feel bad about that. Instead, they are supportive of the effort I am giving. I also like seeing my progress in real time on the screens in front of me, it helps motivate me to push myself harder. Also changes in class design help keep the boredom away. Great workout!! Love the class sizes and the different workouts. I love that I'm not expected to be on the treadmill for too long and that it doesn't get boring. Love that I can track my heart rate given my history with heart arrythmias. I recently joined and hoping for results with regard to my weight. For now, I am feeling great and happy to be working toward my goals at RedZone. Staff is very friendly and warm and not intimidating like other programs out there with similar concepts. Started going to this gym a month ago. Still limited as to what I can do after a bad injury but the classes have gotten me moving and feeling better than even before the injury. The coaches are great and work with any injuries and limitations you have while you do the class. They push you to get better and the class environment is great. I'm not a person who likes to exercise, so when I do, I want it to be quick and effective, and this is exactly what I get at RedZone. A good mix of cardio and strength training, and different exercises for each class. The trainers are great, and the classes are small enough that they can provide assistance when needed.
