We came here at the suggestion of our hotel concierge for souffle and were certainly not disappointed! I will preface that we have never had savory souffles before so we weren't sure what to expect. We arrived close to 2 on a weekday and had no problem finding a seat. The Henri souffle and mushroom souffle were delicious! Very flavorful and fluffy and the dessert souffle was just as good. Staff is friendly as well. Restaurant is located just a few minutes walk from a metro stop.

Soufflé Heaven! We came here for our last meal before leaving Paris. It's a quaint restaurant with seating in and outside. We sat inside. The wait staff is so friendly and attentive! I ordered the he escargot soufflé. It was savory and delicious. The escargot was placed aside in a small cup. There were only 3 pieces. Would have like a few more. For dessert I ordered the lemon soufflé with sorbet on the side. This was divine! One of the most memorable meals I had in Paris!

We were working our way down the list of delicious foods to have in France. Today's mission: soufflé. Récamier did not disappoint. For starters, we were able to sit outside on their nice patio. It was covered and had heaters so we weren't too chilly on this gray November day. My husband was loving his mushroom soufflé and I was perfectly happy with a simple cheese one. We would have never forgiven ourselves if we didn't share a decadent dark chocolate soufflé for dessert. It came dusted with powdered sugar and had a pot of chocolate sauce on the side for drizzling or dipping. Even though all of the soufflés are rich they're also incredibly light and airy, if that makes sense. Though it's not something you'd want to eat every meal it made for a wonderful one-time Parisian treat.

Came here for a real french souffle. Souffle in Paris, my dream! I looked at many reddit recommendations to find a solid souffle restauraunt open on Monday! Made a reservation at 18:00 on their website. Not much people at 6pm but it filled up more later. All the souffles were incredibly light, fluffy, and giant. It was nice to share one savory and one sweet. SALMON SOUFFLE - Rather than chunks of salmon, the salmon is like pureed into it. It has a strong smoked salmon flavor, maybe a bit too much. MUSHROOMS, SPINACH, GREEN BEAN SALAD TOPPED & TRUFFLE OIL - so refreshing to have on the side. Delicious, but truffle taste was on the light side. DARK CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE - Mm very chocolately and not too sweet. If it wasn't chocolately enough, they give you dark chocolate sauce on the side! Service was kind, menu has english. The street is quite cute and location is pretty central.

We were referred here by the team at Hermes, which is across the street. It was a very relaxed and comfortable restaurant, mostly locals. The food was wonderful and the service was top notch. Definitely recommend and will be going every time we are in Paris.

Crazy good souffles and my mother said the tartare de beouf is wonderful. I had the veal with morel sauce and it was amazing.

Great service and ambiance! We loved the dessert soufflé's as we ordered a few different types. All were baked to perfection and the consistency and taste was perfect!

    Delicious lemon soufle

The food was really good. I came here for the soufflés but the cheese ravioli was really delicious. I would also recommend the salmon soufflé (it's salmon but it melts in your mouth) and the smoked salmon with blini is really tasty. The food came out really quickly, a little too quickly but everything was still really good. The servants were really kind and I can't stress this enough: gluten free. I focus on places to see if they are good with gluten free. This is the first and only place I have heard of that has gluten feee soufflés. They only have one sweet gluten free soufflé but it was great. It was a little hot coming here in the end of June but that is understandable. Other than that, the place was not too loud and the staff were very kind. The only thing I didn't really like was they didn't make eating an experience. My father ordered a grand marnier soufflé and expected a tableside flambéing, but they didn't. Overall, a few flaws but a really nice place to eat at.

This place is amazing. They specialize in quiche and no one does it better. If it's warm the tables outside are magical

This place has that scrappy energy in the best possible way--servers switching effortlessly between languages, bartenders pulling double duty, and everyone working with heart and hustle. They got some strong American diner vibes with authentic french food and wine. We started with a bold and unique Chenin Sous Voile from Domaine Jousset--dry, nutty, and layered like a white port's sophisticated cousin. Highly recommend for anyone looking to drink something memorable. For mains: The flank steak was perfectly cooked medium rare, tender, and full of flavor. Modest portion, but just right considering the quality. The lamb tourine was a standout--fall-apart tender, moist, and rich without being heavy. The sauce was made for mopping up with couscous, and paired beautifully with our carafe of Syrah. Everything was balanced, thoughtfully plated, and delicious without being flashy. Portions and prices were modest, which left room to explore the menu. This is the kind of spot that makes you feel like you're in Paris--not just visiting. Cozy, charming, and quietly brilliant.

PARIS -- In a city teeming with culinary landmarks, the true test of a restaurant often lies not in…read moreits proximity to a monument, but in its ability to make you forget it. RESTAURANT DE LA - TOUR, nestled comfortably in the shadow of the Iron Lady, passes this test with resounding flair. It is not a place that leans on the postcard views for its appeal; instead, it commands attention through the quiet confidence of its kitchen and the warm, genuine hospitality that feels both classic and refreshingly sincere. The menu is a love letter to French technique, but one written with a modern, inventive hand. A meal begins with a clear statement of intent. The Mixed Salad with Pears and Blue Cheese is a masterclass in balance, where the sweet, delicate slices of pear cut through the bold, creamy tang of the cheese. Even more compelling is the Warm Snails Escargots cassolette with Artichokes mousseline and Hazelnuts. This is a definitive departure from the garlic-and-parsley butter trope. The snails, tender and earthy, are nestled in a luxuriously smooth artichoke mousseline, their richness punctuated by the satisfying crunch of hazelnuts. It is a dish that feels both comforting and sophisticated. Enhancing Dining Experience R... The main courses continue this narrative of elevated tradition. The Roasted Filet of Salmon arrives with a crisp skin giving way to a flawlessly moist interior, resting on a vibrant ratatouille that sings of a basil-infused summer. For the richer palate, the Pan-fried Duck Breast is a standout. Sliced into rosy, perfect medallions, its robust flavor is brilliantly offset by a sharp, sweet raspberry sauce and the decadent, creamy embrace of potatoes gratin. Other classics are rendered with equal precision. The Pan-fried Duck Liver, seared to a silken texture, finds its soulmate in a doting apricot marmalade, its sweetness teased out by a whisper of rosemary. The Roasted Chicken Breast, a dish so often mundane, is transformed here. It is supremely juicy, elevated to grandeur by a profound Brie and truffle cheese sauce that is as indulgent as it sounds. No French feast is complete without its final act, and the pastry chef does not disappoint. The Warm Apple Tart Tatin is everything one hopes for in this iconic dessert-caramelized, buttery apples on a sturdy base, its warmth melting the cool vanilla ice cream alongside it. Its rival in decadence, the Warm Melted Chocolate Cake, delivers that timeless, gooey center, a rich eruption that is perfectly tempered by the clean, cold vanilla bean ice cream. RESTAURANT DE LA - TOUR understands that a memorable meal in Paris is more than the sum of its dishes. It is an atmosphere, a feeling. It is the kind of place that doesn't just feed you, but reminds you why French cuisine remains a global beacon. You may come for the landmark nearby, but you will return for the landmark meal.
