As a result there were things in my home I kept putting off because of how difficult it is to find a *GREAT* contractor! Because of my previous experience with them, I called them back to quote on REPLACING wood floors in my home! We agreed to a price and soon thereafter the work began! The end result is astounding! My floors were in bad shape, after 67 years and not only did they have to be replaced but the entire beams and insulation had to go as well! The end result is amazing! The gutter debris is mostly pulled out by hand much more easily than I could imagine myself doing, resting ladders at proper points as the vinal siding is new and definately not structured to support pressure. Using a blower to extract what remains the workers always ask permission to enter our neighbors yards where some sticks, leaves and tennis balls had fallen to. Running up and down the driveways moving equipment cleaning every single stray item on the properties is why I call on Abraham to clean my gutters and leaders as well as apply some mid year preventative maintenance.

We were storing all of our wedding gifts and many other items in the attic during this work, and the workers should have easily seen that it was being trashed. I was forced to bring everything down to clean myself, but the debris that is spread throughout the attic will most likely just stay there forever.

I left my review on Google but it wouldn't let me respond to the owner who replied that he thought…read moreif there were problems with the roof SuperPro installed, "he would have heard something about it over 15 years". Well, no. There weren't problems for 15 years. That's not what I said. I said AFTER 15 years we noticed problems with rippling and tiles falling off. We didn't know the extent of the problems until the roof buckled recently and we were forced to have a new roof put on. The new roofers told us what they found and how it would cost us more than they thought to repair. They also asked me to search for the contract/receipt from our last roof replacement, which I couldn't find initially. I finally found it this past week. Hence: My review now. I fully expected to have the roof replaced after 25 years or so, (normal wear and tear) but I did not expect to have to repair damage done by the prior roofers. When it buckled, I thought it might be weather related. However, when I called the insurance company, they came to assess the damage and informed us that the roof was installed improperly, that it was never properly finished because wood was exposed all over the house and therefore, it wouldn't be covered. The suggestion on Google that the review is fake because you "would have heard something" is insulting considering what I've just had to go through.

I've attempted to call him multiple times several weeks later, but he has refused to pick up my calls. During the first call, he had kindly let me know he will return my call after reviewing his records and would get back to me at his earliest convenience. Fast forward to almost 6 months later and I have not heard back from him. I am open to having this resolved ASAP.
