These guys are good! They were easy to contact and helped work around my difficult schedule. This is now the second time I have used them when moving and needing a deep clean. The are well priced for the work they have done. Selvin was the gentleman I dealt with the whole process and is very knowledgeable and even gets in on the cleaning during the projects! Selvin came out to our large country home in Petaluma and gave us a very competitive quote for power washing our roof, deck and siding as well as washing our many windows inside and out. He and his crew arrived on time as agreed. Even with the limitation of having to rely upon our well water they finished the job in just 8 hours. Cannot recommend S&F Services enough. These guys do it all and work with you to make the job convenient and easy. We called them on the fly to clean windows and screens of a two-story home. Selvin was able to come out on the day and time we requested and gave us a quote far below what we were expecting! Excellent in every regard.....I had a house coming on the market and found out Fish could not come for 6 weeks. Drove by Selvin in traffic and called him off the number on his van. He made a special trip out to see the job that day and fit us in the next day at 8:30 am to do the windows.. He went out of his way to help me and fit us in to his busy schedule. He did a great job......honestly the best ever plus did the screens and power washed the patio and got the spider webs off......Everything looked great and he did more than most for a better price. This review is long over due - largely because I was unable to find my original correspondence with S&F Services. S&F Services was a great company to work with. The owner, Selvin, was truly one of a kind. I emailed haphazardly regarding having my carpets cleaned and within 30 minutes Selvin reached out with his quote. Selvin's quote seamed reasonable for the work to be done. On the day of the service Selvin showed up on time, gave me a heads up regarding his ETA before he arrived, and quickly worked to get things done upon his arrival. I was astonished by how cleaned everything looked - since the carpets had not been cleaned in years. In fact, it was so clean that we opted to not replace the carpets at all. While he was cleaning, Selvin also gave tips on how to keep the carpets cleaned and gave guidance on how to regularly keep carpets cleaned. I also learned that his business also does regular home cleaning work - I wish I knew that ahead of time as I would have booked that from them as well. Selvin and his team did a great job cleaning our office AND cleaning our carpet. It was hard to find someone who could do both. So much easier to have everything taken care of in one appointment. He was also able to accommodate our very specific date request - we needed the cleaning to be done while the office was empty.
