Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I wanted to take it all the way down to the natural finish to decide whether to leave it as is or acid color wash it. Rick was referred by a non-mobile shop, came out to review the project and a described precisely what type of process should be applied to this and addressed the risks of unknown factors. I prepared myself for a less than optimum outcome, considering, but was thrilled by what he was able to accomplish. I even showed before and after photos to a major fountain supply operation who said while they don't usually recommend sandblasting of concrete fountains due to the the risk of unexpected outcomes or uninvisioned results, they said they had never seen such great results that Rick produced.
