Had they do an inspection on my vehicle as well. As soon as I got in, they took NALA in. Lol that's my cars name. I appreciated that they gave me the price upfront for the service. I'm aware that it could change if I needed something else, but I already knew the price going in for my oil change. There were two other items that needed to get fixed. Belts and shocks. I recently needed my oil changed and also an inspection needed to become an Uber driver and since they were one of the recommended official centers that Uber listed, I decided to call. Frank answered the phone & mentioned it was $30 for the Uber inspection which is a great value since most places charged $40! I mentioned that I also needed an oil change and asked if they were available since I was on a time constriction. He said to come in he'll do his best take care of it right away! Got there and the place was clean and organized (which is always a good sign). Like our conversation he took me in right away. He was quick and thorough and did a quick inspection from Uber's requirements and my car passed with flying colors! Went twice to try & redeem my Groupon & was turned away both times. Finally when I went a third time, I told the man at the front desk that I wasn't leaving. He said ok, he'll take me. When they finally got to my car they claimed the oil plug was "badly damaged" & I would have to come back the next day & pay additional costs for an extra drain plug. I had no choice. Back again and once again couldn't ask for anything more. My check engine light was on for another vehicle I own. (2002 Lexus ls430) and I dropped my car off and got a call THE SAME DAY! My car was ready to go! The guys told me to do a "drive cycle" basically drive about 120-150 miles and it will be ready for smog check. All vehicles are different so I recommend looking up your year, make, and model and type in drive cycle after. The forms will tell you how to complete the monitors for smog. I came here multiple times to bring both my vehicles for an oil change. I've never really been a fan of the service, but I came back because the price was reasonable and it was local. Recently, it took 4 attempts to come back and try and get an oil change but was turned away. First 2 times due to their staffing, 3rd time for not having oil, and the last time I called ahead to avoid a disappoint, and they turned me away yet again saying it would be an hour before they even saw they saw my vehicle. I asked if there was anything they could do and ONLY asked because the last guy on the 3rd visit acknowledged how many times I tried going back and encouraged me to come back the next day at 3pm. Well that was a waste of time because the person there the last time totally brushed me off. Don't expect anything for being a loyal customer. And if you do decide to go, don't be surprised if you wait 10-15 minutes before you're acknowledged because the front desk person went to go get parts and may not be back for over an hour. read more

They charge according to "brand" of car. So if you drive a Benz, Lexus, BMW, etc you get charged more just for that. The test is literally the same for all cars depending on the year bracket and OBD system. So a car 2005 year of ANY brand is the same test. Luxury models are not "harder" to test. I don't trust places like this. When you call for an estimate, the only question that is relevant should be the year of your car. If they ask what brand, find another shop read more

Me & my wife had a horrible experience with these people, my wife went in originally for a simple oil pan replacement on an 09 Honda Accord that been in our household since its original purchase, & she came back with multiple new leaks claiming the vvt valve & seal gasket were the culprit.The manager Ray even tried to manipulate her into selling it to them. I bit the bullet & allowed them to do the suggested repairs because they quoted a cheaper price only to then be called & told they had trouble starting the car & I should replace the starter. When I asked question Frank was immediately defensive & claims to have done me a favor for free by replacing solenoid (which is connected to the starter btw) he threatened to charge me for the extra work that he threw in (without my consent mind you) these guys are completely unprofessional & have poor business practice. The car drove off their lot but is now undrivable, 1100$ invested & these guys definitely swapped my started with a bad one & left me needing repairs to even get moving. DONT TRUST THEM!!! read more

Dishonest & unprofessional. The guy from the front desk agreed to charge only labor to replace to starter motor with my own part on the phone, but after I towed my car there, he decided to add additional diagnostic fee even if I was going to fix my car there. After left my car there for whole afternoon, he called me right before closing at 6pm and told me they finished to replace the starter motor but the car still won't start. They want additional $300 for further diagnostic. So I took the car to somewhere instead. It turned out my car battery was somehow drained when this shop replaced my starter motor. This shop drained my battery after replaced the starter so that could charge more for further diagnostic. The front desk guy charged me the full amount for starter motor replacement job with uninstalled bottom part and a wire still dangled underneath the car (shown in pics) which I found out next day in the morning. This guy brought up race remarks when he talked about previous customer cases to me. Implying my car won't start because rat chewed the wires as if I knew nothing about my own car. He even told me I got "something on my face" when I was at the shop but turned it didn't. It was like a middle schooler would do but from an adult to a customer instead. When I called back to ask why there was a wire dangling under the car, he just became passive aggressive and hung me up. It was utterly rude and unprofessional. Edit: $85 was for the initial diagnostics for non starting issue. They didn't charge me that because issue wasn't found. I never asked for free diagnostics. I'd love to pay for honest work. The front desk said further electrical diagnostics could cost up to $300 because they might gonna hire outside Mercedes specialist. And even with that, they won't guarantee to find out the non starting cause. After I towed my car to another shop, they just charged up the battery and the car started right up. Front desk first told me on Friday night that I could leave the car there during the weekends and pick up on Monday. But after I chose to finalize the ticket they wanted me to take the car out right away. All of those promising one thing and changed right after made me losing trust to this shop. I asked a friend, the wire was the remote engine starter tool they left under my car. If it was just a simple starter replacement job, at least they should put back the cover and not leave anything else like on my car that could post a safety hazard. read more
