This place is terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place for even your beater. In my experience, they are just sleezy salesmen with no common courtesy for customers. If you're going to skip doing your oil change yourself and save money, you're better off going to the right Valvoline places in your area; although, even that might be questionable. Went yesterday and they were busy busy busy. I can see why. With all the business they were still efficient and friendly and professional and the staff worked well together and had a good time doing it. It made my experience so stress free. Being a woman and not car educated sometimes it's intimidating to get the car serviced. My boyfriend came along to help me but I would feel comfortable coming alone next time. This time they forgot to bolt up bottom piece when they changed the oil of my car and it was dragging. This location was fantastic! My fiancé needed an urgent oil change and they took him in right away. The service was fast too. We only waited 10/15 minutes! Juan, Nicolas and Edwin were all very friendly, helpful and worked quickly. On top of it, we were able to use a coupon even though it just expired yesterday, they honored it since it was still on the JiffyLube website. That was really nice of them to do! They didn't have to do that but they did. Juan even opened my door for me and showed my fiancé that the oil change was done correctly! This is the friendliest JiffyLube we've ever been to. My wife took the car to this Jiffy Lube where she was sold the Signature Service Blend. We had a $15 coupon and the total was $80.08 after tac. The receipt says the battery was verified as Good Battery. 2 days later the car wouldn't start for my wife and she called AAA. The guy said the battery cable was so loose it was obviously the problem. So was this a complete oversight when the battery was checked or were the cables loosened? My wife said the salesman at Jiffy Lube was pushy, insisting on changing out lightly used air filters. Why should I pay $41.50 for bad labor? Serious Issue After Oil Change on July 22 I brought my GMC truck in for an oil change on Tuesday, July 22. Right after that, I started noticing problems with the truck stalling and having trouble shifting gears. This morning, it completely broke down on my way to work. I ended up missing work because of it. I had a mobile mechanic take a look, and he was shocked to find engine oil inside the transmission. He couldn't believe it and said it's likely something went wrong during the oil change. I'm really frustrated and concerned. If engine oil was put into the transmission by mistake, that could cause serious damage to both the engine and transmission. This seems like a clear case of negligence. I'd like to know how you plan to fix this and cover any damage that was caused. I'm also out a day of work because of this, which I think should be considered too. Please get back to me as soon as possible so we can figure out a resolution. read more

First and last time I ever go to a Jiffy Lube. Bought my mom a new car a few months back and we took a trip to LA. Wanted to get the first oil change In before we came back up to NorCal. I saw the ratings were decent here so we gave it a shot. Provider said we had to wait in the lobby, which I thought the whole point of a drive through you can sit in your car , at least where my normal spot I go to I can. Also who ever took the oil filter off from below the car didn't put the cover back on right or at all, heard the car making a noise after we left and the cover was just being dragged and it scared my mom. Also they didn't reset the maintenance light. I get it's little things but for $129 I would think that my car would be taken care of and I'd have no worries leaving. Now when the car cools off from our trip ima have to check to see what else was "done/not done" read more
