He was attentive to ask a lot of questions and then said he would get a quote for me the next morning. The next morning came I never got quote, and so I called the company itself. And can you believe when I called the company the person who answered the phone literally said they "have no idea what yelp is!!!" and I said "your business is on yelp and you don't know what yelp is!?" and he said "nope. better you come down here." it was so unbelievable that I drove my butt down there just to get the quote and the person in the front was so not friendly at all and had someone quote my car for a ridiculous price and i would leave my car there for four days on a simple scratch? I will never use this business based on just the business tactics from the beginning without the proper follow through as promised and all the way towards the end. I still don't know how he could say so adamantly and rudely on the phone "I don't know what yelp is" well, I don't know how you even got rated so many stars. I don't even want to put a one. But I'll do it because at least someone didn't reply me very fast when I put out the job request.

This location is very bad, and I recommend anyone to go to a different location…read more I have almost new tires on my car, I work from home and rarely drive. I went to get a tire rotation and balance and was told my tires are worn 4/32 = 1/128th of an inch. This is an imperceptible measurement. Think of 1" divided by 128 = thin as a piece of paper! I was then shown 3 options of very expensive tires. I have Michelins and they were not cheap. Also, I was told that I needed an alignment. My car drives straight as an arrow if I let go of the steering wheel. On a previous visit to this location, a tech scanning my tires set off a TPS alarm in my car resulting in my interior lights flashing on and off which resulted in a $550 bill from Ford of Upland to fix. I usually go to the location on Chapman in Orange, or the location on Peyton in Chino. These locations honor appointment times, and the wait is typically 10-15 minutes. I always make an appointment. I made an appointment for 4:45pm at the Montclair location and waited over an hour. What is the point of appointments here? ... I will never visit this location again. This experience has me looking for another tire company for service and future purchases.

Long story short got all four rotor and brakes installed brand new OEM for Lexus IS 250. 2 weeks later I start getting squeaking sound coming from one of the brakes. After a month I finally have time to go back to tell them their making noise everytime I come to a slow stop. The guy takes my car for a test drive and says, yep that just the way they are. I say what. What are you talking about those are OEM brakes. He says the brakes are good just you'll need new ones. I look at the guy and he looks confused, just as confused as I do. WTF the brakes I bought are OEM brakes for my car what do you mean I need new one. We'll have to order new one's for you and thier $120 bucks. I almost starting laughing it was so obvious this guy was trying to make a sale and burn me. Don't ever go to this place. If you do watch out because they will ask you pay with cash only.
