If you're looking for used washers/dryers, this is THE place in El Paso. I bought a pair of washers and dryers and the prices were very reasonable. The machines were also in amazing shape. They were clean and in great working order. I think they may be the most clean I've ever seen for used appliances. I didn't even see a scratch in most of the ones I was looking at. They deliver to your house as well, and it was within a few days. I bought the pair on a Saturday, and they delivered on a Monday. (Because they don't work on Sundays, which I support) I've had one minor problem when they delivered the washer. It was making a strange noise, and I only discovered it after the delivery was made. I called them back to investigate the issue, and they promptly came back to my house and investigated the washer on the spot, then took it away. They told me they were very sorry and that this was unusual. After a few days, they delivered the washer back to me and sat there to test it fully to ensure no other issues would happen. Since then I've been using my washer and dryers for more than a year, and I'm happy to report they work fine. I've had no problems with them. Go support this honest local business! I was forced referred to this company from a Lowe's service guarantee. First if Lowe's identifies…read morethis as the repair contractor tell them to give you another business. Being around the government and other places when these places did they take the cheapest price to do what they need for the contract. They came out to look at my refrigerator out again for no cold. For the fourth time in 3 years my motor was burned up. We identified this to the person who came out for the repairmen. We pointed out from our view that there must be something in the fridge taking these out as way too many times to burn up. Of course they want to do the quick and easy they just said oh you need a new motor take two weeks for them to get with Lowe's to get it approved. 2 weeks with food in a refrigerator and freezer that's going to go bad not sure why I would take 2 weeks. We called back to the business to see where we're at with the part and see if we can have them expedite it. The gentleman Oscar was the name of of who was supposed to help us or look into it we left numerous messages we were promised calls back from Oscar at this business. As of yesterday we called Lowe's directly and ask him if they have gotten in contact with them from this contractor or where we stood for the getting apart at least on order. Lowe's inform me as of yesterday that they the man contractor here have never gotten with him yet that was about a week ago. Lowe's said that they would send a message follow-up to the company to see what was going on. I can understand slow I can understand part availability what I can't accept is when you lie to me does this company told me they were waiting on Lowe's to get back to them. As I stated if Lowe's send you these people I would definitely get a different contractor to do your work cannot be trusted or they have no clue of what they're doing on paperwork ordering parts and working with those who pays their bill.
