Messaged Express Auto Glass for a quote to have our windshield replaced, & Elan the owner responded very quickly. I let him know our situation, & informed him that we needed our windshield replaced immediately for our car to make it to the port on time. Elan got back to me with an exact price after taxes (which was CHEAPER than all the other business I received quotes from) AND he was able to schedule me for an appointment ASAP. As some constructive feedback, I do wish the adhesive used to install the windshield had been applied a bit more cleanly. If you look closely, you can see the outline of the adhesive around the edges. While this doesn't affect my overall satisfaction with the replacement, I think a little more attention to detail in the finishing would make the service even better. Overall, I'm glad I chose them and would recommend them for their fast, convenient, and affordable service.

They quoted quickly and answered every question almost immediately through the Yelp portal. Other quotes said they didn't have the window in stock and it would take EIGHT days to get. JD Auto Glass got the window from their supplier the same day and installed it expertly the next morning. They spent over an hour installing the side passenger window on our Lexus SC430 and made sure there was no broken glass in the mechanism or ANYWHERE! Oh no!…read more Contacting several glass shops on Yelp led me to JD Auto Glass, who gave me the best estimate and offered to come to my home to fix it the next day. David showed up on time, but knew at a glance that he wouldn't be able to fix the crack cleanly, as someone had already tried to do so, but had botched the job. Instead of trying to fake it, or upsell me on an immediate replacement of the whole windshield, he advised that, since it was small and out of the driver's line of sight, I should just wait to see if it got worse before taking further action. He then left without charging anything and later sent a quote for a full windshield replacement, should it become necessary. That kind of integrity goes a long way with me, so JD Auto Glass will be my first call when and if I do need that new windshield.
