One of the windshield seals that 'Mobile Auto Glass' replaced when they replaced my windshield blew off while driving. Even after requesting they order me a new one, they just 'ghosted' me and I had to do it myself. When looking at the installation, it was clear they didn't use any sealant to hold the seal in. Further when I went to get my vehicle washed prior to the seal issue one of the corner windshield trim pieces came out in the car wash, it just wasn't installed correctly. Got a quote from this company to replace my windshield on my Tesla. They gave a very good price but I was skeptical so I asked if they needed the VIN number. They said no and asked me for a photo of the windshield. I did just that and they said we are good to go. Fast forward to the appointment date and they arrived and indicated that they have the wrong windshield. They told me they'd have to come back and they'd reach out. They eventually told me they have to order from the Tesla dealer (which I was ok with since I've had a horrible experience at the Tesla dealership). I asked him to let me know what the cost and the eta would be. I never received a response. Overall it was a bad experience NOT because of the wrong windshield but because they never responded to me. Two weeks after buying my first car, the back side window was broken into while I was parked on the street. I took pictures and got a few quotes from yelp and this one was the cheapest and you have the additional perk of them coming to you. They arrived on time and wore masks. Unfortunately before they ended their service my cars battery died. I panicked but remembered I had jumper cables in the trunk and they were able to jump start my battery and were nice enough to explain how to do it as I'm a new car owner and wanted to know for the future.
