After calling around to multiple shops in the Sacramento area, S&S had the best pricing and overall deal by far. I had all 4 tires replaced on my 2018 Audi Q7, and Moe took the time to go over several different options depending on budget and brand. I really appreciated that he didn't try to push anything unnecessary--he simply explained the choices and helped me decide what worked best. The tires were ordered and delivered within a few days, and when I came in for the appointment the service was incredibly fast. From start to finish it took about 35-45 minutes to remove the old tires, mount and balance the new ones, and torque everything properly. One thing I really respected is that they torque the lug nuts to factory specifications using an actual torque wrench, not just an air gun like many places do. No scratches Or damage to the wheels. That attention to detail shows professionalism. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service. Everything was done correctly--no warning lights, tire pressure issues, or problems afterwards. Took our daughter's Camry in for squeaking brakes, Mo started letting us know what our options and his recommendations would be (the prices for new pads and for new rotors with pads were very competitive), then said the brakes were fine and sent us off with other recommendations at no charge. Was headed out of state and the morning of my long drive I ended up with a flat tire. Called around and nobody had my tire size in stock. Eventually called s&s and they didn't have the tire in stock either but when they heard my urgency he said he would find it for me. 20-30 minutes later I get a call back that they found my tire. I went in to the auto shop to have my brakes on my vehicle checked for wear. One of the owners visually inspected my brake pads on all four tires. Took my 64 Impala he ordered me some cragars with white walls. Got them shipped overnight was on the next day. Then I wanted to put rear springs on it and he ordered them himself. I had a screw on the edge of a tire's tread. Womp womp. The set was 8 years old, so I decided to get a new set of tires. I wanted a specific brand/model. S&S ordered them for me. I came in, and they were installed. Easy. I also learned something, too. I thought I had a malfunctioning TPMS and was ready to replace all four sensors, but it wasn't. Moe said to save my money, and gave me some tips on ideal tire pressure. The TPMS sensors are over 10 years old and I know the clock is ticking before it actually does malfunction. This is my first time coming to this tire shop my shop I normally use was closed . I am going to this one from now on . Soon as I drove into the shop I was greeted with a nice smile and how can I help you? I told One guy that I needed two used tires . He came out with two nice barley used tires but they looked wider than my other two . The price for the two was going to be $150 . I then asked how much for all 4 tires but unfortunately they only had 2 of that type but they did have a set of 4 gently used tires and the $ 250 before taxes and disposal fee . Called around Saturday morning this place had the cheapest tire prices and was fast about the install all that went fine it was when I went to leave everything went south hopped in truck tire light was on owner said to drive it ok no problem go down street all tire sensors come on but one I go back he give me The run around tells me to call him Monday if it don't work he will give me a discount on a new sensor why telling me this another employee tells him something in another language and the owner goes oh he says you are missing a sensor that's why and to call him Monday and he can get me one at a discount. Well before the truck came in there it had all 4 sensors in there I have personally aired them all up and down to play off road.be careful of this place just because his tire prices are cheap don't mean you are getting a deal now I have to go else where for a tire sensor theses guys are shady read more
