I really appreciated that he didn't try to push anything unnecessary--he simply explained the choices and helped me decide what worked best.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The tires were ordered and delivered within a few days, and when I came in for the appointment the service was incredibly fast. From start to finish it took about 35-45 minutes to remove the old tires, mount and balance the new ones, and torque everything properly. One thing I really respected is that they torque the lug nuts to factory specifications using an actual torque wrench, not just an air gun like many places do. No scratches Or damage to the wheels. That attention to detail shows professionalism. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service. Everything was done correctly--no warning lights, tire pressure issues, or problems afterwards. Soon as I drove into the shop I was greeted with a nice smile and how can I help you? I told One guy that I needed two used tires . He came out with two nice barley used tires but they looked wider than my other two . The price for the two was going to be $150 .
