Awesome shop!! Woke up on a Sunday morning, of all days, and my wife's car had a flat tire. She needed to leave for work by 9:30AM, so I didn't have much time to handle the situation. This shop was one of the very few that were even open on Sundays, and fortunately they were one of the earliest to open. I called at 8:00AM, as they were opening, and they told me to come right in. I was in and out in 15 minutes and happy to find that their pricing was more than reasonable! They even went around and matched the pressure in all of her other tires before I left. Great service all around! I called on Sunday morning and was quoted a great price to replace my 2 front tires. I was also informed that the tires are in-stock. I came in at 10am expecting a long wait... Upon removal of my front tires, I was recommended to replace all 4 tires since my vehicle is all-wheel drive and the rear tires were showing signs of wear that would require replacement in the near future. I decided to get all 4 tires replaced and was even offered a $60 discount for help with the total cost (without asking for one)! I was in and out of the shop in less than 20 minutes. These guys were great! I got a flat tire on the way to a store just down the road from them on a Sunday. They were the only guys close and open so I pulled in knowing nothing about them. They were fast and helpful. Immediately looked at the tire and when they found it wasn't repairable he rolled the tire into show me why so I didn't feel at all like I was being made to spend more than necessary. He even first made the suggestion that he look for a used tire before quoting me for a new tire. Luckily they had a perfect match used tire and I am on my way in less than 30mins. I don't know why this place has good reviews. I brought my car in for a tire rotation and oil change and was pleased with the price and the fact that they patched a tire for $10 for me. But then after I got home, when I went to go somewhere else, my tire started making this loud sound. I got out and saw that the wheel well cover was twisted and dropped down and rubbing on the tire. I called the owner and he said I could come at 8am the next day. Well, it's 9am and I'm still standing in front of the business, late for work, waiting for him to show up. According to his employees who are here waiting for him, he usually doesn't arrive until at least 8:30 even though the business hours start at 8 and he tells people they can come in at 8. Don't come here if you want quality service or if you actually want something done in the morning. read more

My wheel didn't fit the tire I had brought, so she grabbed and used one from the back that did and didn't even charge me for it when she knew I was on a budget! This is the most unprofessional tire service I ever came across, as a mechanical engineer and a mechanic of over 15 years I can claim this with great confidence, here is how the service went down. I brought my 98 nissan sentra to have 4 tires balanced and installed. The boss guy handed the keys to some kid, with very poor enthusiasm this kid got inside my car with his dirty ass pants and shirt, did not bother to cover the seats at all. The swapped the tires to new pretty fast, about 20 min or so, I stood outside and watched as I already lost their trust. I asked if they torqued the wheel nuts and the kid said "yeah we already tightened". You NEVER tighten wheel nuts with an impact gun, thats how you stretch the wheel studs and wheels fall off. The hub cap was not pushed in all the way, I kicked it in and left as I was already upset. But this was not the end. My wife drove to work next morning and told me the car was pulling hard to the left, when she got home I noticed left rear tire was almost flat! You have to clean the contact surface of the wheel when installing new tires to ensure a good seal. Their utmost unprofessional service put my wife in danger! If you have any concern for your safety, do yourself a favor and find another shop. read more
