Called when I got a flat from nasty potholes on a residential street in Carmichael. I was having the WORST day. The gentleman I talked to on the phone said they could take care of the car right away when I brought it in. I had the car towed ~1 mile, and literally when I got there they started problem solving. Charged me a super reasonable flat fee for replacing my tire and disposing and had the job done in 20 minutes. The Ford dealership swore they'd provided a wheel lock when they'd worked on my car several weeks ago but they didn't (typical for the horrible service at Ford). A Plus took care of the lugs (I can order new ones and a lock pretty cheaply), gave me a cool bottle of water, and brought over the wifi password since I had my work laptop with me. Nicest guys, super efficient. Give them your business! read more

My tire was flat and we stopped by this place because it was closest to my house. The man put a new valve in it to put air back in my flat tire and he just gave me back my tire without exchanging my spare that I had on. So I asked him if he could put my tire back on and he said no because he was on break so he angrily brought over the Jack and we asked "so you're going to put the tire on?" and he then snatched it back after and walked away. We were shocked how he reacted so I just went to pay and asked him "so is this not a tire shop? Because apparently you can't help us put the tire on." If he would've told us he was on break prior to "helping" us, we would've understood and patiently waited. Luckily my brother was there and he was able to change my tire back for me with my brothers own jack while the man stayed in the background with his hands in his pocket on his "break" not willing to help. read more

The man forgot to balance my two back wheels properly. After driving about 30 miles in (on way to Bay Area l) I noticed my car kept rattling whenever I went above 70 mph. I stopped at another tire shop to see what the issue was. Both tires were 3 oz off balance. Are you kidding me. Had to pay another $60 to get them properly balanced and rotated. I even told him to rotate before I left but he said wait 5.000 miles. This guy!!!! Wow! read more

Worst company ever! First, they put the wrong sized tires on the car. Then one of the Goodyear tires failed after only 2 years (tire bubbled and the metal belt started busting through the tire). Mohammed refuses to even consider the warranty. Says there basically isn't one. He.says we need to buy new tires then he will send the bad one back to the company and eventually we might get a check.for $20 after 2-3 months, if we are lucky. read more

Actual rating is -100. These people seem to get a kick out of screwing up your vehicle. DO NOT GO HERE. Ordered brand new tires and pulled off and immediately started losing pressure in one. Come to find out the next morning a rather sharp L shaped tool was stuck in the rubber. By this time I had to have it patched to take it anywhere but all anyone could do for me was a plug. APlus agreed to patch the tire for me. Having this conversation at 4 pm when they close at 530pm and we were told to come back Monday for the patch. There was no one there. They were not doing anything. I can tell the balance is off and I wouldn't be a bit surprised if it was intentional. The guy with the long beard blocked my view from the mechanic for a good couple of minutes while it was on the balancing machine. Yes, I intentionally tried to move to see around him as he continued to move to block my view. I will be taking it elsewhere to be balanced properly. Long beard guy also fed me some BS info about tire wear. Guess he thought I was stupid. read more

PLEASE DON'T GO HERE! They put peoples lives in danger. Sold me a used tire that blew out on the freeway with me and my family in it. Almost caused an accident, timing just happened to be right and thankfully did not. Found out that the tire was made in 1996 and was retreaded (I was told neither of these things at the time of purchase). Didn't even have the decency to tell me that the tire I was buying was compromised. Went to the shop and was treated very rudely once they realized I knew what they had done. Wanted me out the door as soon as possible. They didn't even care that it risked lives and damaged the front of my car. Only offered to replace it with another used tire (probably old too). I had to threaten legal action just to get my money back. I've never done a yelp review but this was such a dangerous situation I felt people need to be aware of what happen before it happens to them. I would give negative stars if I could. Please don't ever go here they will probably do it again and again. Also beware of the Greenback Tire and Wheels over by San Juan High school. They are owned by the same people. I ended up taking the money and going to S and S Tires they were honest and very understanding. I'd definitely recommend them instead read more

I love this place. All of the cars in my driveway have their tires on them now. Always get amazing deals here for tires. I've been coming here for probably about 10 years now. They are right across the street from a local plumbing supply house that I visit frequently. I have several service vehicles and these guys keep tires affordable for me. Nice and convenient. They usually get me in and out quickly. He does have a pretty good selection of used tires but because I have bad luck with tires I always just buy new from him. Complete RIP-OFF , they won't fix anything! They sell the lowest quality tires. Put on 2new tire which created vibration and steering problems. I took it back to them to address the issue. He told me first it's your front-end alignment then, the alignment shop showed me on balancing machine both tires out of round. Went back to A-Plus he said that I have aftermarket rims on Toyota causing problem. These people do not deserve your business, they are not trustworthy. Let them go bankrupt! read more
