My electrical problems consisted of gradual battery discharge, and not enough voltage going to the the car, causing startup to fail. I thought it was a bad alternator since I'd just installed a new battery. After dropping my truck off, they took a look at it, and called me back promptly to inform me the problem was due to a bad battery, and told me my idler arm hadn't been tightened properly resulting in loose steering. Jim told me what was wrong, explained the other issues I'd had, tightened the idler arm, and gave me advice regarding my battery, allowing me to save far more money than I'd expected. Fox Automotive is an excellent auto shop. They provide excellent customer service, inform their customers as to what is wrong with a vehicle and why, don't price gouge their clients, and are reliable. I'm definitely going to them for inspections and repairs I can't do myself.

He didn't even need to be by the car. An employee took us down and he came down im assuming to pick a fight. I tried to talk calmly to him but he wanted to flip out. Kept telling me "I'd know when he was yelling and everything is legal. DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE. They are unprofessional and rude. The only one that was any help was the employee. He explained the charges so i could understand. They are working with the cops so they get the call every accident. Then the charges start adding till they get a free car fix it and sell it.

The tow truck came out almost immediately that my ride hadn't even arrived yet. He was more than understanding and agreed to come back later once my ride came to get us. Then once at the shop I received an estimate the very next day. They also were able to help me get my vehicle back on the road asap which is super important as a single parent and even helped me with getting to the shop. They truly do great quality work and just are good people in general as well.
