Would give 0 Stars if I could. Went to them to get a simple headlight unit replacement. They told me they would order the part and it would be in within the week. 2 and a half weeks later they still did not have the part and gave me excuses such as several people were sick and they forgot to order the part. That is fine, people forget things but I called several time across the two weeks and every time they said the part would be in soon, I was not notified that the part had not even been ordered for the first 2 weeks of waiting. They then decided to give me a very rude attitude because I had the audacity to question their reliability. The lady on the phone decided to have a rant with her coworkers with me on the phone to hear. These people need to be shut down. A deer hit the side of my truck, and I took it to them to get estimate and how long it would take to be fixed, They said they would split the $500 deductible I had for my insurance. I should have read reviews, before I took it there. They said they could have it done in a week. We are a 1 car family so our insurance would pay for a rental car for 30 days. 40 days later they said they were done. Needless to say the work they did was terrible. We weren't happy at all. My truck is 2 tone and the paint on the bottom wasn't lining up, they had overspray inside on my door panel. They do horrible work. Had to wind up taking it to Seaford Ford body shop. Been a while since i am posting this but its due. I have an older vehicle that I went to them to paint. Gave me a fair price and the one Guy I believe was his brother said they could have it done in a week, It wasn't by any means. We camp a lot so we need my truck as much as I could. They had it for two weeks and we had to take the truck out of the shop so we could go camping. well this went on for about 2 months of in and out of the shop till they got it done. They are some nice people that i enjoyed talking with. Well the final product was poor. The paint had runs all over it that you can see in spots and some that you couldn't see till the sun would hit it. I should of taken it back but did not because we were sure it would not be done for a long time again and still wouldn't be done any better read more

I would give this business a - 10 stars if I could. They are very unprofessional, rude, and not competent at all. A small deer hit the side of my truck. My truck is a 2015 Ford F150, and the body is aluminum. The deer made a couple dents on the driver's door, the front quarter panel, and a small dent on the back passenger door. My wife took our truck up to them for an estimate. They were very nice, and courteous, and gave her an estimate, and would only take 2-3 weeks, at a reasonable price. My wife explained to them that she had a rare cancer, and we could not be without a vehicle, because of the doctor appointments that were already scheduled. They said it would be no problem. Car rental was only 30 days with ins company paying. They were VERY well aware of this and said we would be good to go. That IF for some reason it had to go past the 30 days they would take care of it, a few options were thrown out there on how. So we felt no need to worry or stress over anything. But our nightmare had just begun. After about a week my wife called to ask about the progress of the truck. The woman that answered the phone informed her that the door hasn't come in yet, and they expect it any day. Another week, and she calls back up there. They didn't answer their phone. I called from my phone, and they answered right away. That seemed a little fishy to me. So I asked about the truck, and the woman said that they hadn't received the check from the insurance company so the door didn't get ordered. On week 3 we started to get worried because our rental car agreement was almost to the 30 day mark, and we would have to pay from then on. Needless to say, they had our truck for 40 days and I was charged $400 to my credit card. When we go pick the truck up we noticed that when we opened the driver's door it would drop ( hard not to notice. If you shut the door normal it didn't shut it bounced back) so that was about a 1/4" drop. We informed them of this and they had to take it back to the shop to line the door up. The weather stripping around the door had broken pins and was hanging in some spots. We informed them about that, and that the truck was missing the ECOTECH emblem. The rectangle hole in the door where the doorstop comes from was all dented. The inside of the door where it had been painted was not coated. And other minor issues. They acted fine about fixing it. Told us to bring it back any day and they would take care of it. My wife took the truck there because we noticed more issues. One of the rude guy told my wife no problem. Bring it in on Monday early as possible and it would take 2 days. My wife asked a few times are you sure, wed she had another cancer appointment and if it was going to be longer let her know now so she could reschedule that appointment. No, he said, you will have it back Tuesday! Well she, nor I, heard anything from them for those 2 days. So an hr before they closed she went up there. The owner came out once they saw it was her and said truck wasn't ready. They had the door off the truck, and it was hanging for the paint to dry. She told them that she has a cancer doctor appointment at 9am the next day, and was a told the truck would be done today. The owner made up another excuse about the weather, and told her to call at 8am Wed., and he, personally, would deliver the truck. She called at 8am on Wed., and everyone acted like they didn't know who she was. After my wife explained about what the owner had said, they remembered her and told her the truck still wasn't ready. They told her it would be sometime that day before it was ready. About an hour later, (a little after 9am she noticed a white truck leaving our driveway from our camera. She looked around the back of the house, and they had dropped the truck off with no phone call, or anything. They left the keys on the front floor mat. The weather stripping was still not secured to the door, the paint job was horrible,the back door was pushed in, there are scratches in the paint that wasn't there before, there are specks of silver paint all over the inside of the door ( the trim is black), and the ECOBOOST emblem was not installed. We were done with everything, by this point. I wouldn't trust these people to do a finger painting. Due to all the damage to the "new" front door, the back door, and other mistakes that were made through this horrible experience, we now have to take it to another body shop to correct all the 1st day rookie like work that was done. Do not take your vehicle to S and W body shop!!!!!!!!!they have had my vehicle for nearly 8 weeks. just keep saying parts on back order with no timeline to be done at all. they were going to help a little with the deductible since I have been in a rental for so long and the insurance time ran out. since then they have decided I will pay the deductible. I wanted to take it somewhere else, but they told me to pay 6400 after they already got 10000 from the insurance company. they are a scam and the slowest shop on delmarva. meanwhile I'm without a car until they decide to finally get the work done. read more
