I truly appreciate and respect the business for the excellent service I received. The communication was outstanding--I received daily updates throughout the repair process. Marc was especially supportive, professional, and helpful, which made the entire experience much easier. This entire business is about making the customer happy! Thank you, Caliber Collision, for your quality work, great customer service, and professionalism. I truly appreciate your business!

The shop also closes fairly early, so we arranged for them to leave the keys inside our vehicle since we had an extra set. When we arrived, the keys were not there. What followed was weeks of unnecessary frustration. We spent significant time searching for the keys and trying to contact the location, but it was nearly impossible to reach the shop directly. Our calls were routed to overseas customer service representatives instead. We were told several times that the keys had been mailed to us. That was simply not true. After approximately a month of waiting, repeated calls, and being told the keys were on the way, we finally had to drive nearly an hour back to the shop. An employee then simply handed us the keys, they had just been there all along. Another disappointment was that the replacement of the rear windshield/back window wiper was not handled as part of the repair process, and this was not clearly communicated to us. The actual body work was acceptable, but the poor communication, difficulty reaching the local office, failure to follow through on a simple agreement, and repeated inaccurate statements about our keys made the overall experience unacceptable. A customer should not have to spend weeks chasing down their own vehicle keys and then make a two-hour round trip to retrieve them after being repeatedly told they had already been mailed.

They told me they would order the part and it would be in within the week. 2 and a half weeks later they still did not have the part and gave me excuses such as several people were sick and they forgot to order the part. That is fine, people forget things but I called several time across the two weeks and every time they said the part would be in soon, I was not notified that the part had not even been ordered for the first 2 weeks of waiting. They then decided to give me a very rude attitude because I had the audacity to question their reliability. The lady on the phone decided to have a rant with her coworkers with me on the phone to hear. I cancelled my order and immediately found a new shop which was able to get the part in less than 48 hours Save yourself the headache and just go to John Pledgers auto body shop, they are very professional, respectful, and do not give runarounds

I should have read reviews, before I took it there. They said they could have it done in a week. We are a 1 car family so our insurance would pay for a rental car for 30 days. 40 days later they said they were done. Needless to say the work they did was terrible. We weren't happy at all. My truck is 2 tone and the paint on the bottom wasn't lining up, they had overspray inside on my door panel. They do horrible work. Had to wind up taking it to Seaford Ford body shop. They had it for 1 week And it was perfect !! Avoid S&W at all costs

When I called today, she said my car was next in line for painting but I received a text 2 weeks ago saying that same thing. I am disappointed and wish I just drove around with a broken bumper at this point. However after reading the other reviews, I am definitely not alone. So crazy! There was no I understand that this is a hardship, no I apologize, just silence after telling me my car won't be ready until the 16th. I couldn't believe it. So far, I am giving them a half star for the phone call that could have been better.

If you see my previous reviews of caliber collision, I held my final response for this last post. I must say, at the end of everything, the car was perfect! I mean absolutely pristine. I came they're ready to rip them a new one and they delivered what they said they were going to deliver: a complete repair and restore. The manager and mechanic on the case explain to us in detail how much work was involved fixing this car, what with all of the new technology the Japanese put into these Hondas, it took many, many weeks to repair and much work went into it. Between that and delivery times for parts it was truly a Herculean effort to have this vehicle returned to almost show room quality. My only critique, and the reason I gave it for and not five stars, was because communication with caliber during this time. Unreliable and sometimes not quite accurate. They weren't really forthcoming with how long this would take, and I do understand why now but I kind of wish they would've told me all of this in the past 2 1/2 months. It would've made my experience much more palatable if I had known the size of the job. So, the bottom line to all of this is that despite I feel that communication was somewhat lacking, I feel that the job they did was nothing short of amazing. Honestly, for the big, highly involved, technical work, they were certain the ones to go to.
