I Inspected the old parts being a car guy. It saved me having to take it to Phoenix as other shops in the area rejected the job. He took it with open arms and no fear. I had them pick up my GEM golf cart for brake service and possible lithium batteries. They picked…read moreup my golf cart, did repair and called me in the valley to let me know it was ready for delivery. It was not a fit for lithium batteries so they replaced the regular batteries, fixed brakes and told me it was ready to go. I came up from the valley and tried to start it, it wouldn't start...finally called my neighbor who accepted delivery and asked him if it was working when delivered. He said no, thought they told you. Nope, they did not. I went in and spoke with the service manager and explained what has happened and he informed me it was not right and they would fix it but didn't have room at the moment. Long story short, never had room, spoke with new service manager and he bluntly told me they did not work on GEMs any more and would not be fixing it....$4,000 dollars later it has never run again. UPDATE!!! I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE IN SERVICE DEPARTMENT TODAY AND HE IS GOING TO LOOK INTO THIS FOR ME AND SEE WHAT MIGHT BE ABLE TO BE DONE. TWO YEARS IN THE WORKS.. HE WAS POLITE.
