We had excellent service and Nick went out of his way to help us. Nick said no problem when we asked to blow up the dinghy to check it out. If anyone is looking for a heavy duty 12 ft., with an aluminum floor, stable as can be dinghy in very good shape-this is it. In the end, it was too large to fit where we needed which was too bad because it was a great deal. Nick showed us other options and was very helpful in solving our particular issue.
