I had them pick up my GEM golf cart for brake service and possible lithium batteries. They picked up my golf cart, did repair and called me in the valley to let me know it was ready for delivery. It was not a fit for lithium batteries so they replaced the regular batteries, fixed brakes and told me it was ready to go. I came up from the valley and tried to start it, it wouldn't start...finally called my neighbor who accepted delivery and asked him if it was working when delivered. He said no, thought they told you. Nope, they did not. I went in and spoke with the service manager and explained what has happened and he informed me it was not right and they would fix it but didn't have room at the moment. Long story short, never had room, spoke with new service manager and he bluntly told me they did not work on GEMs any more and would not be fixing it....$4,000 dollars later it has never run again. UPDATE!!! I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE IN SERVICE DEPARTMENT TODAY AND HE IS GOING TO LOOK INTO THIS FOR ME AND SEE WHAT MIGHT BE ABLE TO BE DONE. TWO YEARS IN THE WORKS.. HE WAS POLITE. read more

Shady service department. First time: Took my grand daughter's 50 Outlaw in, dropped several hundred and it wouldn't start when we got it home. Took it back and they eventually got it started so we came home and it started once and never again. Second Time: Took our BRAND NEW youth SXS in after one of the kids bumped head on into a tree (I was in it with the child) busted up the front right plastic and headlight casing) Told me the whole thing was totaled and it would be 12k to fix it (2k more than I paid for it new). Neighbor fixed it for less than $1500 (ordered parts/plastic off Amazon). Runs perfectly fine. There won't be a third time and I'm sharing with all our off roading groups. Total RIP OFF. The service pricing is ridiculous and scheduling an appointment isn't what you think. Dropped off our side by side for a routine oil change at an 8AM "appointment" on a Saturday. Hadn't heard anything by 2:15 so I called to check and they hadn't even started it yet. Obviously had some questions about that so they had it done by 3:30 and they gave me 30 minutes to pick it up or they said I could wait until Tuesday (they're closed on Sun & Mon). They legitimately suggested that I leave my unit there for 3 days to get the oil changed. So I picked it up right away & they charged me $400 for an hours worth of work. BUYER AND ALL OTHERS BEWARE I've been dealing with Epic Motorsports since the take over from Show Low Motorsports. Now I'm not the one who leaves reviews. It's a waste of time for me. But have found this to be that special occasion. I have a side by side I purchased from Show Low Motorsports. I also have purchase the service contact from them. It's great that Epic Motorsports has taken over Show Low Motorsports and honored the service contract. However, every time I take my side by side in for routine service or for repairs. It comes back with damage or missing parts. I have a warranty on my side by side and they would rather me to pay the bill out of pocket for any parts replaced and labor instead of going through warranty. It's a arguement or a fight to get them to do warranty work on my side by side in the first place.. I have taken my issues all the way to the owner of Epic with NO Resolution. In fact, the ower likes to bad mouth his customer in front of other customers. I still have time on my service contract I purchased for Epic to service my side by side. But, after so many issues and arguments with owner and employees. I dont feel comfortable or safe to take my side by side there again. Neatless to say, I have lost money paying for the service contract. Now, I decided to take my side by side to another Motorsports shop and pay out of pocket for the sevice that my side by side needs. Also, so I can have any work done by warranty and most of all, correctly. read more

Best experience! They took care of me on several occasions from purchasing my New WR450 to buying parts and service. When I purchased the WR they let me see it in the crate and stayed late to make sure I was able to take the bike home the same day. Best price in AZ hands down. I called several other dealers and they smoked the price. I didn't even tell them I was price shopping. Just fair upfront pricing with no hidden BS. After the purchase they helped me with a few aftermarket parts and they covered the rush shipping so I would have them installed by the weekend!! Thanks for the great service! I have never had a salesman work harder to avoid making a sale. Telling us they're the only ones on the mountain that sells trailers and UTVs as well as maintaining them. We tried to buy a Polaris ranger crew but they did not have any available which is understandable. He couldn't give us a timeframe when we could get one. There were some just off the truck not assembled. The salesperson didn't know prices. Maintenance was 3-4 months out. Apparently, they don't offer the deals as on the Polaris site. Told salesman we also had cash in hand. He said he would call but two days later, no word. Was not in a hurry to purchase bu like I said, never seen a salesperson try to get out of selling merchandise. My suggestion would be look elsewhere! UPDATE-5/26/2020 bought the rides in the valley. Might as well shop local since Show Low Motorsport has too much money and is too busy!! $30k means little to them. read more

The customer service was amazing!! Not only was the price super competitive (I understand there is only so much they can do) but wow! They kept me informed if the status of our General the entire time. Any question I had was answered with expertise! I loved the selection of helmets and apparel! This facility was clean and the personnel was friendly and personable! So much better than any Motorsport store in the valley! Worth the drive! 4/21. Today we picked up our General. Daniel and Shannon were absolutely amazing! The experience was nothing short of perfect! Honest and thorough! They have their customer service dialed in. I couldn't be any more pleased! If you are looking for an UTV to buy or rent - stop here and you will be glad you did ******* So we were out on our Polaris today and our Honda 500 and quickly learned that the Polaris was superior in all areas. Fast forward and next thing you know is while we were still on the trail we had an agreement to trade in our Honda for another General but a 2 seater. Superior customer service and honest!!! Ugh... Not Good Service From Parts Or Sales Belated Review from last year... I went in to get a small part for my dirt bike and I wanted to buy Donna a new dirt bike for her birthday. I had looked online for the best deal on the bike and thought I would try to keep it more local for the business... The small dirt bike was nearly 25% more expensive at full MSRP for something about to be a year end closeout. I asked if there was wiggle room and the sales kid said no and walked away... So I bought the same bike for $1800 less the next week in Phoenix. I gave up on buying here since nobody here seemed to want to stop talking to each other and see the only customer in the store at the time... I went to parts and they wanted $44 plus tax and they would need to order it for a brake handle so I gave up on that too... I ordered my part online for $12.95 and free shipping for a factory original part. I tried to give them another change on Monday only to find they are closed on Mondays... ugh.... read more

Do not know who wrote any of the reviews over 1 star. You would think the dealership would react to the bad reviews but apparently the captive audience works well for them. TRIED to buy a new machine but got no help or even a greeting from any of the personnel. Could not get a selling price once we approached them. We had cash and I guess they liked the idea of their ridiculous interest rate on the financing better. They did not know the availability of the machine we wanted. Told maybe we should check back. Want nothing more than to buy and support the local economy. The unfounded arrogance abounds. They acted as if they were so much more important than we were. Took 2 quads in for carb rebuild/adjust. Asked for quote on basic service additionally. The quote was ridiculously high. Asked to just get the carb work done. Quoted approx $450 each. Such a ripoff. Told them we'd pick up the machines and they wanted to charge an hour labor each to give us the original quote for $750 each quad. Also wanted to add on a haz mat fee for doing absolutely nothing other than telling me how it would cost for their over priced services. There was NO haz mat involved in a quote. Between my friends and I on the mountain there will be at least 6 machines that will never go to Show Low motor sports. Probably closer to 15 after word gets out. read more

Went there looking for a 4 seater. Walked inside and there was no other customers. I sat in one and wanted to see more. No one came over to even greet us. There was a lady behind the counter that was on the phone, but she didn't say anything to us. Walked out back and was looking through the fence at more 4 seaters and still no one said a word to us. Made a phone call and was redirected to the sales department. I asked about the availability about a Polaris model and was only greeted by an unwelcoming bitchy salesperson. I should have ended my experience there. However, when I went in a few days in order to purchase said model, they only wanted to fuck me over with their outrageous monthly rates. Had cash. Apparently not the only one with this experience. Id rather make the inconvenient trip down to the valley than deal with this place. They're only in business for fucking people over. read more

I have taken a 2005 Polaris Trail Boss and took it to Show Low Motor Sports for a transmission problem and had to end up rebuilding the entire transmission. I was given a parts list by Polaris number and was allowed to order the parts myself on-line saving me about 200.00 dollars. When I received the machine back, it was in the same condition that I gave it to them minus the transmission rebuild and very clean. The machine works perfectly even though it's well over 15 years old and a previous rental machine prior to me. I would recommend this shop for maintenance as we own three other machine they also maintain. They also do the work in a timely manner even though they are the only dealer for miles in the White Mountains of Arizona. read more

I have never been asked to "leave a store and not come back" That is what happened to me here!! I asked for a refund on merchandise that didn't work on my motorcycle purchased at the parts counter. The parts man said no refunds! Only store credits!! So I asked for a mgr....same thing. So I asked for the owner who I personally knew (or so I thought!) The owner told me that I could only get a store credit, I protested that I paid with real money and would settle for a refund against my debit card. NO! I was then told that I could eave and not come back.........go figure! I wish he knew that my wife was pushing me to buy the Goldwing in that store and I was just about to. I have bought vehicles from that person and his family over the years, in fact they own the Ford, Dodge and Toyota Dealerships in Showlow too I won't buy anything there ever again! I took my side by side in for service and drive belt replaced when I got it back it only would go 40 mph I thought belt was wearing in was stranded in forest when it shredded took back to show low motor sports to get fixed expected them to be honest and at least give me a break on labor no they charged me double what I paid before said belts go bad in as little as 50 miles maybe with their workmanship and parts they do if you get any work done there do not expect them to stand behind it at all read more

I was treated like I didn't even exist ( I was the one writing the check)! Paperwork was a mess & sent to EVERYWHERE but the right place! I call back after the deal to ask about the extended warranty & the Office Mngr. Kirsten was about as rude as rude gets & should not be dealing with the public. Then the next representative Susan tells me, "It doesn't matter, he's going to get the quad in his name anyway"... unannounced to me since we just bought it in June 2016 & been together 3 1/2 yrs & were planning a camping/hunting trip with it. Who are they to say such a thing to ANY customer /OWNER of a 10k machine that was just purchased there & you call up about a warranty & hear that?! I asked about the "Customer Appreciation" rides & no one wanted to help me. Heaven forbid you ask for ANYTHING as a perk on your deal like a "cover", you'll think you asked for another quad. They have a new sales manager in there now so he should do good things... but this being my second quad I have bought here & the way I was treated... I hope nothing goes wrong with it in 2yrs for the warranty because I DON'T want to go back.
