We had just picked up a brand new travel trailer down the street from All Mountain RV and wanted to make sure that the hitch and tow bars were level before heading down the mountain. Even though we didn't have an appointment, Larry and his team made room for us in the schedule. They took a look at our rig and confirmed that the towing set up was good to go, without a fee. I was treated fair with the friendly staff, the shelfs are well stocked for what you might need in a pinch. Since owning and living in an RV for about a decade, I've been to lots of RV stores and All Mountain RV Sales and Service is among the best. I can't imagine what you would need that they don't have. The store doesn't look so big or fancy from the outside but inside is HUGE and filled with parts, cords, wires and more of all that goes in, on or around an RV. Plus, shirts, decor and cups in a camping theme. They have parts, do service and sell new and used RVs. This is an all in one store. The lady behind the counter was really nice and helpful, as well. We were just looking but found a knob that we needed to replace since a workman got glue on it. It worked but usually would be an online search and ship but it was in this store. I found an, oh so cute, cup that keeps drinks cold. It's similar to a Yeti but nicer looking-in pretty colors! I tested it yesterday with ice and water and it kept it cold, even still with some ice, for 6 hrs before I got tired, thirsty and drank it! ;) Tomorrow, we will be going to the Petrified Forest where it is hot so it will be a great real test against my husband's Yeti. We did this and the water stayed cool for 61/2 hrs. Now, we were in truck but it stayed cold with all the stops and visits to rock shops. I'd say it's equal to a Yeti but huge and cute. I'm sure we will definitely be back. It's a magnet for my husband. Luckily, the prices are decent so I don't mind. Maybe, I'll find a shirt! read more

Had my generator and refrigerator checked out for repair. The staff was very knowledgeable.Turn around time was very quick.As a former technician for Sony and Motorola turn around time is very important as well as quality of work.It is better to pay a little more for quality repairs. They get it done right the first time. When you take your motor home out you need everything to work correctly.A lot of people go out where there is no service.So trust your repairs to be done right the first time. read more

I live in the area and I've had good experiences in the past. This week I went in looking for three items. One is very expensive. I waited by the front desk for 15 minutes. Clerks and representatives came and went, but no one helped me. The lady behind the desk was on the phone, but after she hung up she left her station without saying a word to me. She came back later and got back on the phone and made a call. So, today I called in early to see if I could get at least one of the items on order. The lady who answered said that someone would call me back soon. I called again two hours later and she said that the [person who would call me back was helping customers in the store, but that he had the message to call me. At four hours I called again and she put he character on the phone. He was less than helpful and when I tried to mention that I had originally called four hours earlier and that he had decided to help later arriving in-store customers instead of calling me. He indicated that he is too busy at this time of year and hung up on me. I won't be going back to the store or calling them again. read more

I had requested to schedule a mobile service three times and nobody ever called me back. Also, I called 30 minutes before they close and nobody answers. I know they're busy, but there's no excuse for not getting back to a customer. read more

Our tow vehicle cable going to the trailer accidentally became damaged when it dragged on the pavement. We pulled into All Mountain RV and they were able to supply and install the cable, check out the fuses, and get us back on the road the same day. This place has lots of do dad's and replacement parts, but their RV service is super high priced. Our jacks were stuck half way down, never had this problem before we called them out. We were only 1 block away. $40.00 for them to come out and $130.00 charge per hour to fix things. All they did was flip a reset switch. Took 5min. Still charged us for the full hour. I have been in many states and have had many RV Repair people out the most I have ever paid was around $65.00. $182.00 including tax is ridiculous to flip a switch. I feel totally ripped off. I went in to see about getting my 30 foot trailer roof inspected. Ladies at counter sent me to AL who got me set up wilt Bill to come to my Rv camp site the following week. Bill got up on roof and determined that it looked good( 2017 trailer) with only minor repairs needed and I could do it myself. He even marked the cracked areas for me. No charge! Wow I wish this business was closer to my home in Chandler. Honest, courteous and on time. read more

Took my RV in for repair of slide out and it was fix satisfactory, for $1800 bill. While in there lot, awaiting repair, the refrigerator was damaged the cooling line was cracked, plus i lost all of my food every thing had to be thrown out they quoted me $3000 for replacement of refrigerator which was broken while in there shop. They would not admit that is was there fault. The owner is complete ass and do not recommend going to this shop! read more

I love this place. They've got everything including the kitchen sink. Super knowledgeable, tons of help quality service and quality products. Yes, I could order certain things on Amazon and have them arrive in a few days, but I also see huge value in being able to walk in and pick it off the shelf in a matter of minutes. Sometimes they are extremely busy so I might have to wait a bit, but I am patient. Busy places are usually busy because they are good. That's what makes them busy. Thank you guys! read more

We live in Queen Creek and had some service work done at Camping World that did not go well (understatement of the century). We had a trip scheduled in the Show Low area for one month so prior to leaving QC, we called All Mountain and spoke with Al. He said he could order the parts (new awnings) for our RV and install them onsite at the RV park. The parts did come in while we were there and the installers (David & Juan) did a professional job. While they were there, I asked about a problem we were having with our toilet. David checked it out and explained what the problem was. We decided to see if they could install a new one for us. These two guys were so busy that they ended up coming to our RV at 10:30 PM to install it but unfortunately, we had already hit the sack. They came back the next night at 8:30 PM and installed a new one. We are very pleased and we would drive our RV from QC for any work on our rig rather than ever going back to Camping World. read more

Overpriced is an understatement! We needed to replace the door handle/lock on our RV. They had the part available for $241 and while I was there I looked it up on Amazon, where the same part was $136. I understand markup, however, this is serious price gouging. On May 14th we called to speak with Travis about the issues with our 2013 Montana and the fact that we had and extended warranty. He assured us that they had worked with the company and scheduled us for an appointment on the 27th of May between 10-11. Our condition wasn't dire so we agreed. Yesterday, May 27TH we removed everything from the underbelly as the issue was a toggle switch for the fresh and city water, we also discovered that along with this issue the water pump housing was leaking. At slightly after 11 we called to verify that someone was indeed coming and we were told that somehow we were inadvertently removed from the schedule and were rescheduled for today, May 28th after noon sometime we called again about 1:30 and were reassured that the repairman was indeed coming but he had a couple of stops along the way. We're located about 52 miles from their shop so we were trying to be understanding but its now 7pm and no word, call or anything. We understand that there has been an increase of RV'rs but common courtesy and good business practices dictates communication. We are sad because of the positive reviews on this company but clearly not for us. read more

I have been to All Mountain RV Service and Supply several times. I have found the staff to be rude and inattentive. None of the staff wear masks in midst of the Covid crisis. It has been proven that wearing a mask protects others not yourself. This shows just how they feel about their customers. I have left a phone message and no one called back. I will never go back. I have been parked in an RV park across the street from these folks this winter. There are other shops in town, but they CLOSE for the winter!! Five stars to AM RV for being open. I was in several times for small parts and eventually did a two axle full brake replacement. I found their prices to be about equal to online prices. I also had them send a tech to replace an A/C gasket on the roof to seal a leak. The tech, Dave, replaced it and found the actual problem from a repair prior to us buying it. He also pointed out a brake issue that helped when I replaced them. Even though he ran over a little on time, I was still charged the original estimate amount. We just had service completed on our black tank and are so happy with the quality and friendliness of their service. We had our RV there for only a couple of days and worked on it quickly just as they promised. I have been antsy about All Mountain RV getting a part for our refrigerator the day after we moved into it permanently. It took a month to get it in and to make an appt. only to find out the technician couldn't make it, three appts. in a row. I was livid because I had to empty the refrigerator/ freezer three times, to have no one show up! Lo and Behold! We got a phone call from the technician at 7:30 pm , who told us he came within one house of finding us, but couldn't call!! Our area has lousy reception, so he went out to State Rte. 260 to call us ! He asked if he could come on out then? We said sure! He arrived, was very personable and most of all knowledgeable! He got us all fixed up and we are very delighted with David and his prowess! We will always come back, because of his initiative to satisfy our needs and a few ruffled feathers! read more

Travis at All Mountain RV helped us tremendously during our recent visit to Show Low AZ. We are towing a 30 ft travel trailer and noticed our Equalizer hitch was cracked creating a very unsafe condition. He ordered a replacement hitch and had it delivered in less than a day, and when we got a free replacement part from Equalizer (lifetime guarantee), he refunded our money for the now unnecessary hitch and performed the assembly required to replace the cracked weldment on our old hitch. The timing was tight since we were leaving to come home, and Travis and the All Mountain team got us on our way before checkout at Foll Hollow campground.
