Unfortunately, the customer service at pickup left a different impression. Since I brought my own item for embossing, I asked if they had a bag or any type of protective wrapping for it. I understood I hadn't purchased the item from their store, but I had paid for the embossing service. Even when I offered to pay for a bag, the response felt dismissive rather than helpful. This wasn't about getting something for free. It was about the customer experience. Small gestures, or simply responding with kindness and a willingness to help, goes a long way. The quality of the work deserves five stars, but the interaction at pickup unfortunately did not reflect the same level of care. I would return for the quality of the craftsmanship, but I hope they place a greater emphasis on customer service in the future.
